★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I cannot begin to thank them for their passion and care for animals. 2 years ago they saved my German shepherd and made things easy for me through the whole process. I just recently took my cat Skyler in after a spay procedure didn't go well and they did EVERYTHING in their power to give her the best chance at survival. They even sent me with extra IV fluids on them & checked in with the clinic that was going to preform her surgery. Unfortunately she didn't make it but they kept in touch and made me feel better about everything. They have gone above and beyond in multiple ways and I cannot thank them enough. 10000% recommend bringing your animals here for the best care! June 20 · OneTen Studio
- Dr. Garcia and Shamana we’re absolutely phenomenal. They took the time to explain the diagnosis of prognosis and their opinion on the correct procedure the day of the procedure. They were understanding given my apprehension and emotional state. I couldn’t appreciate Dr. Garcia and Shamana more. July 25 · Casey Kempinski
- The quality of care and service from people like Leah in Oncology and Leslie in the ER is amazing. They're great about adapting the schedules in real time. A phone call in time kept me from driving 2 hours. Kudos to their very caring very human approach. July 03 · julie anixter
- We love the dermotology department! They saved our Cheddar's life. He loves going to see his friends in Madison. They were our last hope. They not only figured out what was wrong but got him on the path to recovery. June 18 · Jennie Channer Kunstek
- TLDR: If you are considering emergency care for a cat with normal vitals and is not visibly dying, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I heard VCA and VEG (pricier) provide more humane treatment/better communication.I went to the emergency room at 6pm on a Saturday evening. When I called them earlier, they recommended bringing my 10y/o cat (had a recent surgery and didn't eat/drink for almost 2 days) in and mentioned there is a ~2h wait time. I was ok with the wait *assuming* that she'll wait by my side since she gets extremely nervous with vet visits and refused to take gabapentin beforehand. However, they took her behind closed doors and let her sit in her carrier for FIVE hours. She was in pain, sick, weak and shaking when they took her. I was so worried and asked for updates repeatedly. Receptionist always said someone will update me soon. How many updates did I get? ZERO, in the 5 hours I was there. I didn't know if someone was monitoring or checking in on her. I didn't even know if she was alive.Five hours later, the student/technician finally came out and said they wouldn't be able to see her for a few more hours. I was furious inside - nobody communicated this to me earlier - If someone told me at hour 2 that they can't see her right away, I would've take her home or to another ER immediately. She was apologetic but I'd rather her be rude and have my cat be treated. It truly broke my heart to know my baby was curled up in the carrier in fear and in pain, for five hours. They *knowingly* put my suffering cat in a situation where she could only get worse.I understand this is an ER and saw some serious cases coming in. However, communication was nonexistent and misleading at times (the animal waits *by itself* for hours, with no access to potty/monitoring). This is inhumane treatment in my eyes. This is my first time writing a review, only because I don't want any other beloved pets and their humans to go through what I went through. My cat had acute pancreatitis and is recovering well thankfully. Get well soon to all the cuties out there. August 27 · Irene Xu
