Jun 09, 2025 · Jodi RabatI brought my cats in October....not going to say what year....for an exam. They were due for their booster shots around January the next year. So I go in for their physical... that went ok. Except for some small things where I felt like they wanted me to come in so they can do unnecessary things to one of my cats for extra money. They're perfectly healthy. Anyways...I called in January to schedule their booster shot appointment...they're trying to charge me another examination fee and I'm like they just got examined in October they say oh it's mandatory for them to get examined with the booster shot. I asked why didn't you guys tell me that in October? He couldn't answer the question because he realized that the company is strategically trying to double dip. And I realized that at that moment as well and it was really awkward. I will never be going to you guys again. Nice clean place that's the only reason why I gave two stars.
