★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Good prices, excellent medical care, and a lot of kindness — that’s what we receive at Cherokee Veterinary. They take care of your pet with so much love. Also, compared to other vets, their prices are fair and they don’t try to take all your money with unnecessary tests. 10/10!
April 14 · Karen CastañedaI visited Cherokee Trail today for our pup. The number of vehicles in the parking lot announced a very busy morning. I would like to give appreciation to all of the CSR staff for their patience and kindness, and especially to the reception staff ladies, Linda and Loretta. They were kind, patient, very helpful, and amazing at their jobs. As I waited to be called, I watched them manage a steady stream of phonecalls, drop-ins requesting information, checkouts, and appointment scheduling, often, simultaneously -- with patience and kindness. As a former teacher, I know that staff and the receptionists are some of the most important figures in a business. At a veterinary practice, it is them we see first when we arrive -- sometimes fearful about something wrong with our beloved pets or excited about introducing a new pet, or dealing with the loss of a pet. I always feel I am in good hands with both ladies during my visits. So thank you, CSR staff and Linda and Loretta for doing what you do - with professionalism and kindness!
July 08 · Mary Ann HutchesonCherokee Trail has taken care of all of my pets, for decades. They are friendly at the front desk. I have seen most of the vets there and I like them all. They were especially great when my 16.5 year old dog died a few years ago. They were very sensitive and understanding. I think my dog lived so long because she had the best care at Cherokee Trail. I am grateful for this vet office!
July 14 · Anna WingardAmazing folks, excellent services and a great outlook on animal care. I took all 5 of my cats to them for years and only stopped when I moved out of state. SC is lucky to have such an amazing vet hospital. Highly recommend!! These are animal loving people. You can sense it in the way they dote on your animals and go above and beyond to take care of them.
July 14 · FatimaWe had a recent urgent visit to Cherokee Trail with our cat, Bernie. We were able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, in fact, same day appointment with Dr. Cash. This visit was our first interaction with Dr. Cash, though, not our first visit to Cherokee Trail. My wife and I were both quite pleased with her. She provided great care for our pet addressing all of our concerns, giving treatment and explaining treatment options for him. Within 24hrs. after the visit he was showing improvement. We will definitely be returning to Cherokee Trail and Dr. Cash for our pets future needs/care.
