Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
Overall the experience was okay — two of the vets were kind and managed to vaccinate my cat Ruben even though he was scared and vocal. However, one of the assistants (short curly hair) spoke to me in a harsh tone, saying I shouldn’t bring him back without anxiety meds. Later, I spoke with one of the vets who explained the assistant had been bitten by a cat before — but that shouldn’t be projected onto other animals. My cat wasn’t aggressive; he was just scared and vocal. Animals react to our energy, and her nervous attitude only made things worse. I believe more patience, PROFESSIONALISM and empathy would have made a big difference. If you guys don’t wanna see cats at this location then don’t offer the service online.
