Feb 09, 2025 · Pam CullerCONS: GREED - it cost $25 just to schedule an appointment. Then, it cost $55 for a REQUIRED examination - and then it cost whatever other procedures or medications are needed. It’s crazy that just to be SEEN by the doctor is cost $75! Today, my dog had an ear infection (I told them that was all she had - we’ve been here before for this specific treatment and only needed the same treatment and thats it). I was then informed “the exam was required”. When I asked what the exam included, the manager (who was “sent” to talk to me) said “to look into her ears”. So, it cost me $75 for the vet to lift my dogs ears and look at them! THATS ALL SHE DID! Of course, a swab was done and gave the vet the “actual” answer needed - so I have no issue with paying for the swab because it provided actual answers. I’ll also add that the front receptionists could definitely be more friendly and helpful.PROS: The vet techs have been friendly and helpful— 100% WOULD NOT go here if they weren’t the only vet that had this specific treatment, they are not my regular vet.
