★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- This animal clinic is probably the sole reason why i still am getting to spend time with my sweet 11 y/o cat right now. We called on a monday and asked about her symptoms and if we could get an appointment. They booked us for one the next day, and took such wonderful care of my baby.I really appreciate the way the nurse and the vet were able to talk to me seriously about what was going on and what they were going to have to do for my cat. They had to hold her overnight and run tests (just because she was so nervous) and were very diligent with getting back to us the next day with the results they’d come up with. They are not able to diagnose serious, serious things here, such as heart disease or cancer. But they are able to give you their very best advice and treatment with seemingly much love and care for the animals they care for.My world personally has unfortunately flipped upside down, but i can wholeheartedly say that these kind people saved my cats life that day and provided me with more time with her. And i cannot thank them enough.Prices were a little high (1000 up front to run tests on her) but truly there is no price on your animals life. I would trust them again to take care of her or any other animals in my life in a heartbeat. July 21 · Aubree Morris
- Cornerstone Animal Hospital is wonderful! I have brought my girl Stevie here since she was 9 weeks old. Stevie was a rescue and had no shots when I got her. Cornerstone was very quick to get us in and to get the shots she needed as well as all the testing done to make sure Stevie didn’t have parvo or anything like that going on. I then got Stevie spayed here as well, the surgery went very smoothly, the post-op care instructions were very clear and Dr. Stroud answered any questions that I had. Dr. Stroud is wonderful and I have nothing but positive things to say, she is such a light! Today I brought Stevie back as she was having some bowel movement issues and we saw Dr. Loden for the first time. He was very pleasant and made me feel like my concerns were heard and valued. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and wanted to provide a positive experience. You cannot go wrong with bringing your pet here, they care for them as they are their own. July 23 · Jodi Flynt
- I brought my netherland dwarf bunny for treatment for his mis-bite. His first procedure was for both his incisors and molars that were overgrown, however he was still eating. The bill was almost $400, but I didn't mind it. He was worth it. Everything went well and I was very satisfied. This time around, he suddenly stopped eating, drinking, and pooping altogether. I brought him in and was told that he needed his incisors trimmed again and he was in GI stasis. I told the vet that I caught him chewing on my dogs flea collar as well. I was certain he would be admitted, but to my surprise he was only given a B12 injection and a fluid injection and sent home with a $230 bill. She said it could've been a combination of both the flea collar and his teeth. He was scheduled for another incisor trim the following Monday. We were told to continue giving him critical care. This happened on a Thursday. By the next day (Friday) he was refusing to eat any of it. I called the office in hopes of getting him back in, but he office was closed. I was contacted by the doctor on call who informed me that it was completely normal for them to refuse critical care and to just keep forcing it. I was also told by both vets (office and phone) that I could force small amounts of pineapple juice and also mix it in his critical care. Little did I know that pineapple juice is the WORST thing for rabbits in GI stasis. He continued to decline and by 5:00 Saturday morning he seized and died. It was a slow, painful, horrible death that could've been prevented. He was my baby and the pain I'm experiencing right now is unimaginable. We're supposed to be able to trust the vet with our fur babies, but I feel like more should have been done, due to the severity of his condition. I should've looked into it before I gave it to him. He was the sweetest bunny and he loved everyone I'll never find another bunny like him.💔 * Upon reading reviews left by other unsatisfied customers, I'm expecting the owner to come after me and blame everything on me. - Highly recommend Cornerstone Animal Hospital. Dr. Loden is fantastic and truly cares about the health of your fur babies. We’ve got two Frenchie babies and when our first one was spayed she ended up with a hernia and they had to preform emergency surgery late at night. Dr. Loden is there day or night, his words were “if you can’t get me after 10, keep calling until I wake up”. You can’t find that just anywhere. Our second baby just got spayed and when she got home we were a little concerned about her incision site, we sent some pictures in and they made us come back in just to be sure since you can’t tell much from a picture. He wanted to make sure 100% everything was okay. This place truly cares about your pets. August 07 · Renée Rodgers
- We just got our bunny back from his first appointment (neutered, vaccine update, and other health check) and we are very pleased with the service we received. They were polite and helpful, care about animals, and have a lot of knowledge. We only planned to do the neutering but they were absolutely right to have us do all of this today. Going to be scheduling our Daisy for next month to get her stuff done too. The price is a bit higher than we expected but bunnies are a more specialized animal and are absolutely worth every penny.
