★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my people shy German Shepherd (Male, about 8 months old) here a few months ago, and the absolute disregard for his well-being was horrible. My dog had developed a hot spot on his neck that showed up overnight. It was bad enough that I felt a vet’s intervention was needed to heal it. I had made a same-day appointment, and it was the only appointment available. When the vet tech came in, I told her that she needed to take her time with him and let him go to her, per him being anxious with new people. She then disregarded this, took his leash, and took him to the back. She said, “Dogs do better away from their owner” (which he does not). In hindsight, I should not have let her take him, as he was uncomfortable with her. The vet walked into the room and mentioned they were having some trouble with him. While she was talking about how he was doing, she even said, “It's like he's trying to kill us back there”. The vet tech came back around 30 minutes and said, “We were not able to look at anything while he was back there”. Which makes me wonder what they were doing for 30 minutes. I checked out and took him home, and later that night, I noticed an issue with his eye (pictures attached). This turned out to be a bruise on his eye, which is usually caused by trauma and being FORCEFULLY restrained. It took a week and a half for his eye to fully heal after keeping him still for the majority of that time. Since then, he has major anxiety at the vet (a new vet now), and he has major issues with meeting ANY males. It has been months of retraining him to be comfortable in that environment again (we're still working in it). Just the absolute lack of care for him and his well-being was ridiculous, and the unprofessionalism from the staff was so bad. Safe to say I will never take him (along with my other dogs) back there.
May 15 · Madison LindseyI dropped my boy Max off on Friday for an abdominal ultrasound for the probability of possible liver cancer, and thankfully, there was nothing found. Max was diagnosed with a condition called Cushings Syndrome. I was very relieved. Dr. Conley was very nice and very supportive, as were the rest of the people who worked in the vet's office.I would definitely bring Max or our other dog there in a heartbeat.I highly recommend them.
June 19 · Virginia GeoffrionI cannot express how profoundly grateful I am to this incredible team and hospital. When my dog needed bladder surgery on very short notice, they stepped up in the most extraordinary way. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and filled with compassion. The staff met my husband at the entrance, fully prepared and ready to care for our beloved pet, immediately putting us at ease. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness made a potentially stressful situation feel manageable and even comforting. This hospital went above and beyond for us, and I will forever be thankful for their exceptional care. We are now transferring from our regular vet to them and although they're a long way away from us it's worth the trip.I also want to note that my dog is not very nervous when she's with them. Part of it is because they allow us to go there in the examination room with her where other hospitals don't do that. All and all great team great service. I am really truly grateful for them.
December 24 · Fatima DWhen I was in a time of need these people came thru for me. everyone there looked and acted like they love what they do. They called day after surgery to check-up. That meant a lot to me. Would recommend to anyone who loves animals.
August 26 · William HolbrooksI will never use this Vet again! After several years of my cat having bathroom issues and telling them about the strange things he does and that I thought he was having a problem in that area, the vets would just shrug it off and say “Cats do strange things.” And not look closer to the area even after he had to have an enema 1 to 1.5 years ago, they didn’t ultrasound the area or anything. For the past week I’ve taken him twice with what I thought was a bathroom issue, for them to tell me that it’s not its that it’s just arthritis and then to take him back a second time within a few days because he is worse and to say the same thing, there’s nothing wrong and not to research that area when I tell them what he does and to tell me maybe we should just give him the shot for his arthritis pain that’s $100 and I do that because I have to trust that they know what they are doing. They said he would be better in 24 hours, well he wasn’t he got worse and I had to take him to the emergency vet where they found the problem right away and it was to late for him because the anal area absessed! If they had only cared and listed to what the owner was telling them he could still be alive today!
