For Tennessee residents, choosing the Southern Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic is a decision to support a mission that genuinely matters. As one reviewer expressed, the low prices are not a reflection of quality but rather a testament to their dedication to a cause. The same review even encourages customers to donate to the clinic, acknowledging their financial model. This grassroots support from the community underscores the trust and appreciation they have earned. Another reviewer mentioned taking their "stray cat’s and Dogs" there, and praised the reasonable prices, noting that they "do a great job and a lower cost so I don’t see why not" take their regular pets there as well. The clinic's specific focus on spay and neuter surgeries and related vaccinations makes them specialists in their field, providing a service that is both critical and often more affordable than at a full-service veterinary hospital. By choosing Southern Alliance Spay Neuter Clinic, you are not only taking a crucial step for your pet's health but also contributing to the larger effort of ending pet overpopulation in the state of Tennessee.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my rescue mama dog here this week for spaying, and was amazed how smoothly the whole process went. Please do not be put off by the way their unremarkable little building looks. It's immediately apparent, once you walk inside that this is a place that has caring people who are not here to get rich, but are rather on a mission to make a difference in a world that has too many abandoned animals.A tip:Their mission is to help people who don't have a lot of money, get their new pet 'fixed' at as low a price as possible - they are not a standard vet hospital - you go there once per pet. When you're there you also have an option to get your pet vaccinated for a year and chipped (in case they get lost you'll be better able to find them) Get this done when you get your pet fixed, because it's 100% going to cost less there than at any vet.A request:I think they probably barely break-even at the prices they charge. They are a 501c3 non-profit, so please, please, please throw some money their way a few times a year. If you live in Huntsville, a similar non-profit is North Alabama Spay and Neuter. Please support these efforts, it matters.
July 31 · T HebertNice little place for taking all you stray cat’s and Dogs. Very reasonable priced you could probably take your regular cats and dogs in there too. They do a great job and a lower cost so I don’t see why not..
July 12 · Mark LThey are really bad about answering the phone (very busy), but if you can get a hold of them? It’s worth it.This is BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had getting a cat spayed. I have six cats (all fixed) and I’ve never seen such a clean and neat incision. My cat is acting like nothing happened. This is my first time going to a spay and neuter clinic and I regret not using them in the past. I’m really impressed. Hopefully I don’t end up with more cats, but if I do? I’ll be back. I know my cat will be safe with them.
February 14 · K.R HWe have used them for all of our animals and they are always nice, efficient and if there is any issue they handle it very fast and professionally.
June 21 · Amie RiveraThe people here are wonderful! The prices are extremely reasonable and they definitely care about your animal. Would recommend them highly to friends and family.
