Please do not bring your pets here. The doctor has absolutely no regard for your time. Every single time I went I had to wait a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to get into an exam room, and then even longer for the doctor to come in. Before I went there many people in the area told me not to and that the Dr. Schwartz only cares about money and is super over priced, and I didn’t listen and learned for myself. He just seems like the main priority is charging you money. The front staff was always nice but it seemed like I was always running into issues and needing more appointments and to spend more. They told me if Dr. Schwartz were to approve my prescriptions on chewy each month there would be a charge for the doctor having to on on his computer and approve it…… then conveniently let me know there would be no extra charge if I used their online pharmacy. Just overall really bad vibes honestly. But again the front desk staff was always very kind so it wasn’t them at all. Please save yourself time and money and fine another vet. I go to VCA west shore now and the experience is night and day difference - Jess AndJames
