Crestway Animal Clinic Reviews
We took our dogs for their first visit with Dr. Kelly today. She and her staff were caring, compassionate and took great care with our pets. Our Jojo (pug) and Gig (teacup yorkie) loved them and so did we. We hope we have found our forever vet.
Jul 10, 2025 · Ozbirn ShenaI wanted to edit my original review now that Dr. Nichols has retired and Crestway Animal Clinic is now in the very capable hands of Dr. Kelly. I now have 8 cats, and I would be completely lost without this clinic. Most of my cats were ferals and can be quite nervous around other people, but they adore the entire staff here. Dr. Kelly is passionate, caring, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to do what is in the best interest of each animal as an individual - something that I believe to be a top (and rare) quality in a vet. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive (vet visits are actually something I look forward to because I know I get to see the wonderful people there!) They have also recently increased their hours and decreased their prices... they are now one of the most affordable clinics as well as being the best! If I could give even more stars, I would.Original review.....Dr. Nichols is an incredibly caring, patient, understanding, and competent vet with an absolutely marvelous staff! It is a little more expensive for some things (but balanced out by being a little less on others) as compared to other clinics, but even when the price is a bit higher, it is well worth it. I have six cats - most started out as ferals, which cansometimes be difficult to handle if you are not a family member. However, my six babies love the entire staff here!
Jun 06, 2025 · Marla SethI just took my dog here to be seen and treated for fleas. Dr. Kelly was amazing and so was the staff. She was very knowledgeable and help with any concerns I had regarding my dogs fleas and a small injury he had. She didn't pressure me into purchasing any service that I wasn't ready for, and she completely understands how cost is important to her customers. I didn't come here before because the previous Dr was overpriced. I believe this will be our new clinic! So greatful!
Jun 25, 2025 · Ashley ZapataDr. Kelly and her team are so amazing! They are really good about working with anxious dogs and always take the time to answer any and all questions without rushing you. Wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else 👏
Jul 16, 2025 · Kathleen TaylorStaff is very friendly here even though one of our dogs is a PITA and wants to nip at them. Staff k ow how to deal with these kind of pets. Vet is very knowledgable and spends plenty of time with you to explain things or answer questions. Would recommend especially if you are tired of the other places where you never see the same Staff or the same vet twice. I like to talk to my vet and vet tech and they know about us and all our dogs.
