★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great Veterinarian and Technicians. I originally chose this Vet because I saw in the staff bios that Dr Allison grew up in the same town as I did back in CT - what are the odds?? I'm so glad I found them. My pups are treated like rock stars every time we visit, they love going here! Wait times are always great and care is impeccable. Prices are reasonable. Two JRT pups can be a handful, but the staff does a great job with them. So thankful we found Cumberland Animal Hospital.
July 22 · Sonnyz93I saw both Doctor Wes and Doctor Jessica. I loved both of them as they love Elmo and PK. Both vet techs and front desk personnel were very helpful. Plus I loved both that my animals vet is very close to where I live!
June 28 · Laura GerrityWe recently moved to Nashville and had many vets tell us they weren't taking new clients. I was referred to Cumberland by someone who's been taking her animals there for years with nothing but excellent things to say. My girl had a gum infection and they got me in same day on a Friday. It's a beautiful facility and everyone was very professional and nice. They were patient with me, I ask as lot of questions! My girl is scheduled for dental surgery next week. They were very reasonable with their prices compared to our past vet experiences. Pic is in waiting area. As you can see, my girl made herself right at home!
January 05 · Blissful RoamerTo start, we have always recommended CAH and taken our cat there for years. Dr. Wesley figured out some allergies and greatly helped the quality of life for our cat. Today that has definitely changed. They took our cat back, gave her vaccines, and brought back in the room. The assistant asked me to try and get the cats weight and left the room. Within a minute the Dr. Jessica barged in the 8’x8’ room and speaking as if she was in a school cafeteria. I shhhhhh’d her and nodded at the cat, I could feel the cat getting more tense as she continued louder and louder… After 30-45 seconds I realized it was a lost cause and tried to pull my hand out of the carrier, and the cat flipped out attacking everything in sight, covering the table with my blood. The doctor asked why the cat wasn’t in the carrier(she was in the carrier but so was my hand trying to calm her), and I explained I was asked to check her weight while nobody else was in the room. She said they would never tell me to unzip or take her back out of the carrier and continued to talk as if everything were my fault. At this point I’m thinking Dr. Jessica isn’t the Vet for our cat, and we will only request Dr. Wesley from now on. I leave the room and go check out. The assistant brings out her prescription. I asked if she had told the doctor about giving me a minute to calm the cat and me trying to weigh her, which she said yes. I told her about the doctor not aware and the situation it caused. She stuck her nose up and made inaccurate claims about the situation even though she wasn’t in the room when it happened. She was much more interested in arguing about me being at fault for the bad experience than she was interested in increasing communication skills with the Dr.Unfortunately the snobbishness of a few employees will keep us and those we know from going back.
August 18 · Jonathan BakerAmazing experience! I called and got a same day appointment as a new patient with Dr. Jessica who took great care of Nola and explained in detail what was going on. At our other vet we were treated like a number ❤️ here they treat you like family! Thank you so much Dr. Jessica!
