★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- It's been a couple of years ago but I want to warn ppl about this place. Have been going here for several years, not great just ok. Took a stray cat here that has been at my home for 1-2 years. She had kittens at r home. I decided to take care of her & get homes for kittens. Called & scheduled surgery. Explained about babies & how young they were. Receptionist on phone said it was ok at 4 weeks after delivery to do surgery. Day came, brought her in. Waited on call all day to hear she was ok & when to pick her up. The babies hadn't had their mom to nurse for 9 hours! They never called to tell us she made it thru surgery. We called them 1 hour before they closed. Live 45 minutes away so rushed to get her before they close. When the "girl" hands her to us in carrier she was covered in feces. Old dried & fresh. She had been like this all day with a fresh surgical wound!! We said something about it ; she replies if u don't want to clean it up just leave her in carrier till tomorrow, then do it. How cruel. We said no we have to clean her so her babies, whom r starving, can nurse. Girl says "she can't nurse she just had surgery". I ask why not, she states "babies could infect incision". WHAT!! Like covered in feces isn't a problem. I said to her I told u on phone she had babies, u knew they had to nurse. Why wasn't that explained before? They've gone hungry all day, we wouldn't have done surgery until weaned if u had said this. Apparently the office girls have no knowledge of animals, no empathy, lazy & don't give a rip. I tell everyone I can about r experience, I don't want another animal (or person) to go thru this. July 25 · Page Grace

- First visit for my 27 y/0 dog. Couldn’t love any more.Doctor put down with 2 shots. The first was a type of relaxant and he walked a bit and curled up and dozed off. The second was the kill shot and he didn’t know it was coming. It was gentle and without fear. Thank you for your caring. January 30 · Norma Stahl
