★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- This clinic was awful. I took my sick kitten in, and for two months they insisted it was a parasite—charging me $100+ a week for meds and visits that went nowhere. Our vet visits simply consisted of, “She still has the parasite, keep giving her the meds,” with no improvement. no other tests. and no concerns.Only after countless visits did they admit it was unusual, then pushed a $300 test—revealing she never even had a parasite. She had coronavirus instead.Hundreds of dollars wasted, zero progress, no details, and no real concern from the staff. The doctors constantly contradicted each other—one blaming food, another suggesting x-rays, then “no, that couldn’t be the problem.” from a different doctor the next week. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and nobody was on the same page.I would not recommend this place to anyone. August 21 · emma ewing
- Love this place!! My cat was not eating, sick, and wasn't acting herself. Dr. Rodgers is the best vet! Turns out my girl was having liver issues and went through every single blood work test with me and their results. He also drew a picture of her liver and explained what was going on. She is doing so much better now! The medicine makes her feel so much better. He actually cares about the animals. Will not go to another vet! January 29 · Natalee Harris
- New to the area and was referred to this facility from my neighbor. Every person I dealt with was amazing! Listened to me, understood my concerns and answered all of my stupid questions! My little Theo was not at all nervous and that's saying something! Such a relief to have found such an awesome practice!Adding on to previous! Cannot say enough good things about this office! Amazing Vet's, very attentive, patient and an authentic love of animals. The newest Vet, Dr. Jones is amazing! Previously we had an issue with Theo's eyes...Dr. Brooking, Dr. Rodgers and the tech Kaitlyn spent more time trying to get at the root issue of the continual eye discharge...no one else could figure it out. Now, his eyes are beautiful. (This was on 1/16/25) Today's visit (2/20/25) truly made me a fan. Thank you guys os much! February 20 · Jean West
- Been going to Lone Oak since 1984 and let me tell you its not the same as when Dr. Golden was there. Last week had a very sick Shih Tzu and at 3:33 in the afternoon I called and said I was bringing her in, they said get here quick because after 4:00 there is a late charge $175.50. Well we got there at 4:01 and they still charged that to me and had to wait almost an hour and be charged $524.00 to be told it was an upset tummy. Believe you me i argued about the charge I am a senior on fixed income but did no good. Pointed out that there website and google said they closed at 5:00., (which has since been changed). The service was not that great and will never go there again. June 16 · Pat Crandell
- I'm from out of state visiting family, during my visit, my younger sister found a premature kitten, so we rushed it to the vet. The staff were extremely kind and compassionate and did everything they could. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be the place I take my cats. Also very responsible about the price. Overall a place I'd trust to take my furry family members. April 19 · Kate Urm8
