★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My first time taking my new kitten Luna to this clinic and I was highly satisfied. From the receptionist to the vet tech and Dr they explained everything to me....I'm so happy you were recommended to me. Thank you so much for everything we have found out forever vet clinic ♥️🐾
August 16 · Rebecca BritoRecently brought one of my girls here for some tick problems. She's on preventatives and such, but after a particularly remote hike, she was covered in innumerable baby ticks. Called the vet we first used when we moved here and were treated like complete idiots when asking about some next steps after tick baths and trying to remove them, and was getting concerned. Called Flanary's to see about getting something else done. Whoever answered the phone did a great job of listening to my concerns and got us in that day. Did a couple odds and ends, offered a little insight onto the preventative we were using, and advised on next steps. And while dog care is always pricey, the cost was nothing compared to what I was expecting for bloodwork and medication. So thank you to Dr. P and the techs that worked with us, you've earned my return business.
July 24 · John AndristI’ve been with them for 3 years or so now and they have always been great to us especially when quick appointments are needed. I do want to point out specifically how great the receptionists are both in person and on the phone even though they are always busy they are always really nice and helpful it’s one of my favorite things about the practice.
August 25 · Rachel WalkerBeing new to the area and getting a new puppy, Flanary was recommended by friends and neighbors. I took my puppy in for shots, paid over $300 for that visit and scheduled my appointment for the next month. Same thing at the next visit, shots, paid over $200, and scheduled my appointment for the next month. Again, it went as the same previous appointment. This continues every month/every other month for over a year and a half straight. Every single time I questioned “why so many shots” it’s always “we give boosters because we like to build antibodies” but when I asked for a print off of all the shots, I’m told “we don’t do that” and my dogs shot records are not listed anywhere on their app. Everyone I have spoken too has told me they’ve never heard of so many shots.I made an appointment last week for flea and tick medicine, got inside and there were several people and other animals and no place to sit. My dog was super nervous so when I checked in I told the lady we were going to go outside because my dog was nervous. The lady said “would you like to sit in your car in the ac and we can send someone out to get you for your appointment.” I agreed and went to the car to wait. 35 minutes past my appointment time, a young lady came to my car and started asking questions and telling me the shots my dog needs but I’m in luck because they have a “special that meets my budget and will cover the shots she needs” 🙄 So again, another $100 for shots and another $100 for flea and tick meds. Then she tells me I can’t go in with my dog for the appointment because I “didn’t have an inside appointment, I had a car appointment” No ma’am, I did not have a car appointment, I went to the car because that’s what your receptionist asked me to do after I said we would stand outside because it was so packed there was standing room only and my dog was uncomfortable with several dogs. I ended the appointment at the time and will never be back.I truly believe they have a lot of elderly people bringing their pets in and conning them out of hundreds of dollars every visit merely because they can. If your parents, grandparents, or elderly relatives use this vet, I’d recommend going to the appointment with them and ask questions to make sure they’re not being taken advantage of.I know Flanary is popular with the locals and has several friends but someone needs to look really deep into what’s going on there.Editing to add that since she’s seen my review, she literally just called my phone back to back 4 times. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Any more calls after this point is harassment, lady. Act your age.
July 30 · J HamThis office has been very good to our dog Loki. We just took him back for lab work and everyone was so gracious and kind. I recommend this vets office!
