Unfortunately today's visit was to transition our Buck from his earthly home to his heavenly home. Dr. Falwell and Nick were both very compassionate and kind as we went through this sad process. - Our cat received the most compassion and professional care of all the places that we used. The veterinarians, Dr. Chung and Dr. Rose were outstanding. The asssistants and office staff treated our Ernie, my wife and I with respect and compassion. July 30 · Bill Rogers
- This clinic is usually quite busy, but when taking my two dogs I have found that we're usually seen fairly quickly.A few weeks ago, my older dog started limping and when I called the clinic was completely booked for the next couple days, but they let me drop my dog off to be seen. She was tested, x-rayed, and diagnosed within a few hours. They thoroughly explained our options, and gave estimates for each. We were scheduled for a surgery within a week, for a week out. The surgery day was tense for me, but they kept in contact, assured me, and the tech who released our dog to us post-op was very thorough and detailed. We had a small thing come up post-op (the medicinal patch came off) and the on call team was very helpful, and understanding. The on call doctor got back to me very quickly despite it being a Saturday afternoon, and asked follow up questions regarding my dog, talked me through the next steps, and was generally very helpful. I've had several vets, in a couple of states, and I can highly recommend this one.Yes, they are busy, but they will refill my dogs medications with just a call, they will see my dog in between other patients if it's an emergency, and they genuinely care about my pets. - I absolutely love this vet. I have been bringing my mini dachshund for over 3 years and they are so caring and get you in and out fast!I even referred a coworker to them when he said his boxer had a huge knot under her jaw. He was so afraid she was going to die. Come to find out, she had been bitten by a snake and they saved her life. He was so thankful he didn’t have to put her down. November 23 · Heather Hammonds
