★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am going to start by saying we loved Animal Health and Wellness who merged with Murray animal hospital. Once they merged I took my dog to get her nails trimmed and a renewal of her flea and tick. They insisted on a paper copy instead of approving an on-line order like the previous Vet did. So I mailed it in, an annoying extra step which I am sure they hope deters people from purchasing somewhere else. The next week I called to pick up my cats prescription for flea and tick and was told because she was seen by a Tech at the other Vet, she would need to be seen by some Vet I never heard of. I take my girls to the Vet quite often for check ups, shots, and a nail trim about once a month and realize the importance of this to keep them healthy. My cat was seen in March at Animal health and wellness, she received her shots and 3 month supply of her flea and tick. I usually buy it there because it’s not a bad price. I tried to reason with the lady on the phone but she insisted I make an appointment. Well, I did at another local Vet!Sorry Animal Health and Wellness, I will miss the whole team, they were so sweet to my pets.
July 08 · Shirl CaseyOwner took their 8 mnth old kitten in for routine neuter, weren't explained the paperwork prior to procedure, was just told sign here sign here, their furbaby died while trying to wake up from anesthesia. When they went to say their goodbyes they were treated cold and with contempt by the vet techs who were in the room. Then they were bombarded by the Office Manager who rudely told them if they wanted cremation it would be $350 for the procedure and cremation. Office manager then told them that they had to pay for the procedure and the drugs because the procedure was completed and the drugs were already administered. There was no compassion shown towards either pet parent or towards the loss of their beloved furbaby!!! Tater Bug may have just been another death or another cat to you guys but he was a beloved family member and this will not be swept under the rug. Empathy and Compassion were not shown in this situation at all.
January 03 · Crystal westerfieldFriendly staff. They answered any questions/concerns I had & took great care of Nalani! We'll be returning
July 27 · LaToya CrutchfieldRATHER NOT SAY, BUT WASN'T HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL, ANIMAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS HAS BECOME A PART OF THERE COMPANY, AND THEY WAS MY VET FOR MANY YEARS PRIOR TO NOW, THE GIRL'S THAT WORKED THERE KNEW HOW TO TALK TO AND RESPECT THERE CUSTOMERS, BUT THE STAFF THAT IS THE ORIGINAL ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND VERY UNFRIENDLY. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME DID I EVER HAVE THAT PROBLEM WITH THE ANIMAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS STAFF THE 12 OR 13 YEARS I'VE BEEN WITH THEM.
July 22 · TOO- TALLI've taken Buster to Murray Animal Hospital for over 5 years now. The Vet and Techs are absolutely amazing with him. I would not trust his care to anyone else.
