Feb 14, 2025 · Yolanda MonserratI am very grateful to the doctor who was very kind and loving with Snoopy, my dog, who had an ear infection. Thanks to her attention, Snoopy was able to sleep peacefully without pain or excessive itching... all the staff at the front desk were very kind.
Jan 18, 2025 · Angie Barcenashow this place has 4.7 stars is completely ridiculous. my friend and i brought a stray cat that had been wandering on the side of the road, LIMPING and very obviously injured. we gave them a call to see if they can at least check it out before bringing it to the hospital or if they can have someone evacuate it to the hospital. they denied us at first and told us to go straight to the animal hospital in islip. we were going to go to the animal hospital there, but we thought to stop by and hopefully see if they can help us. after all, they call themselves a hospital, so let’s give it a shot.the second i went inside with the cat, I told them that I was the one who called about the cat and they said “yeah we were trying to call you back to let you know we can’t take care of it”. “we don’t have the proper machines”you. are. a. “hospital”.i had a blood stained cat in a bag in my arms. i have never done this before, so I was furious with that response she gave back. clean it up, check for something, anything?? there were 3 girls at the front desk and they were all completely and utterly useless. it was until after my friend begged them to check out the cat, they came back with a machine to check it out for a microchip. nothing came back up. i was feeling so upset the whole time and couldn’t control my emotions so i stepped outside.inside, the nurses told my friend that we would have to pay $130 just because we brought in an animal. you know what? okay that’s fine i would have paid it either way, but tell me why when she asked the doctor how much it would be, the doctor said it’s no cost?? the doctor was incredibly understanding and kind and we really appreciated they came out even while in an appointment with another animal. i’m telling you, these nurses only care about getting money from their customers.unfortunately the cat had to be put down, which was not the outcome we had in mind. but hey! thanks for taking your sweet time and staring at each others faces like a deer in the headlights!do not call yourselves a goddamn hospital if you do not have the machines. genuinely these nurses or whoever those ladies in the gray scrubs were should have their license revoked. living from paycheck to paycheck and not actually showing any care.
Jan 30, 2025 · Nitica YadavDr Chen was excellent with my Rottweiler. We met outside which was perfect as my dog can be a little difficult to handle around other dogs and I was concerned about an infection. I’ve only met 2 doctors so far but both were great. I appreciate the excellent bedside manner. Very competent and knowledgeable as well. Thank you
