★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My family has taken our cats and dogs to Dry Creek Vet for the past several years. They graciously got my new dog in for an appointment when she ripped her dew claw. The front desk was very helpful and explained things in detail, while the doctor was comforting and explained exactly how she would help my dog. After a quick procedure, I was able to pick her up and take her home for a super quick recovery! Thank you to everyone working before the holidays and for the great service. It ended up costing about $430, but compared to other local vets, this was a reasonable price. They even added a small Santa hat to her leg wrap, so sweet!
December 21 · SamanthaSo disappointed in the Doctors. It took 2 Doctors and 3 Visits to finally figure out that my 3 yr old Doberman has an absence tooth. So sad that “over $1k later” she needs a tooth removed. NowIt will cost me “minimum” $1200 for a tooth extraction because they “have to” clean and polish every tooth even though every other tooth is good. She is still young and doesn’t require all the extra. They just did a FULL Blood And URINALYSIS and wanted to charge me again for blood work. So disappointed in the doctors at this Vet clinic.I will Never take my pets here again. Incompetent doctors is not what I want for my pets.
July 19 · Boygenius73I think Dr. Lehil is a good and caring vet and she is working to re-establish the practice, but the level of organization and confidence in the office is not there. We called for our cat that desperately needed to be euthanized and because Dr. Lehil was out for 5 days and the back -up vet had covid, both of them having the narcotic, thumbprint, medicine key and unable to be accessed it was not possible for the next 5 days... 5 days! What a clown show. It is why my 4 pets will not be going back to this vet and I will no longer refer her. Too bad, she is good but the chaotic way of running a office is unacceptable. And the office assistant told me, "well there a lots of other vets around, so have a nice day". Yes, there are.
June 24 · R WBe sure all measures are taken to ensure a good outcome. I took my 10 yr old dog in for her annual dental cleaning. Did the blood work, pre-exam and all looked okay. I mentioned a previous vet had told me she had a heart murmer. The vet (not sure her name) listened and said she did not have a murmer, so all is good to go ahead. As soon as they put my dog under anisthesia she died. Did she have a heart condition??? Did they administer the anisthesia improperly?? I chose not to have an autopsy, as it won't change the fact that my angel is gone. A more though exam (not a brief exam) may have identified a risk. I will be getting my other dogs teeth cleaned without anisthesia now.
August 15 · Melanie RobertsMy dogs always get great care here! And we can always get a convenient appointment quickly! Friendly staff and great service! I never feel like I’ve been ripped off either. Highly recommend!
