★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We started our journey with Eagle Fern when our dog got an abscessed tooth and another vet was awful and would barely communicate when I thought my dog was dying. They closed the hospital to do an emergency surgery and I believe saved his life. All our animals have gone there ever since. My dogs are turning 18 and are still going strong. The whole clinic has been there for us through thick and thin, their compassion is as if they were family. We love everyone there so much my family brings their dogs from Alaska when they need care.
July 29 · Karlee MengEagle Fern is the very best vet office. They have been my vet office for 25 years. I had 3 dogs and over 30 cats in that time frame and I highly recommend them and Dr. Hoeft I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Hoeft, as needed, has a strong network of specialist in which she may make referrals. She has excellent skills including a great bedside manner. Additionally, she excellent technicians that have worked with her for years. If you love your pet, you will love going there.
July 31 · Judith Petersonmy family had a female goat that was pregnant, and was having trouble delivering. so we brought her to them for a c-section. they told us that the kids would not survive, but the female goat would very much survive, and that she’d be fine. a few days later the female goat died. my family then went back to the vet, and told them about how she died. and they didn’t express their sympathies, though they stated she would recover and be fine.a year later we gave this vet another chance. we had 3 baby goats that needed them to be disbudded (this means to “dehorn” them when they are young, which is completely normal to do). and only one of the baby goats done correctly. the other 2, their horns started to come in after a few days, one of the goats had very bad horns coming in. and we emailed them and they told us that someone would contact us, but no one ever did. we called them a couple times and they never responded back.i would NOT recommend them to be your vet for your animals.
March 21 · Bea MatisHello everyone, unfortunately me and my family had very bad experience in Eagle Fern Veterinary Hospital with Dt. Hoeft, We started service around 7 months ago with my 2 huskies puppies, vaccine etc, but after couple months both of them started loosing appetite, got vomiting and diarrhea. We got into clinic urgently, doctor did nothing to them, only bunch of tests, no treatment. Long story short, we have been in a clinic multiple times for 4 months in a row…. during all this time NO TREATMENT been done, we just did all the possible labs DNA etc, they keep on saying all the labs are fine, meanwhile my poppies lost 10 lbs each, looked absolutely horrible extreme skinny!!!!! When I said it’s enough and I went to another Vet clinic, where absolutely lovely caring doctor made a treatment plan right away without labs, in 5 days my sweet puppies start eating again, diharrea and vomiting stopped, now they are gaining weight!!! 4 MONTHS OF TORTURE vs TREAT IN 5 days!!!! Almost lost my puppies and wasted thousands of dollars! Very very sad and horrible experience!
May 17 · Alina DyoThe people are kind, and helpful just having to make appointments more than a week out, great doctor's though, the only thing bad getting emergency help, but have found that's every wear.
