★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 12025 Update: In a year, this place has gone down hill. No one is answering the phone at all!Waiting time is short.Phones are being answered promptly.Went for a happy visit and the staff went beyond. 2 of them came out from the clinic and greeted our dogs; gave them treats and toured the place for a positive vet clinic visit.
June 14 · Julie PearlI took my 6 month old kitten Lima Bean in for her first appointment yesterday, 09/09/24The staff were friendly and listened to my concerns. They were quick and efficient, and I felt super comfortable leaving my baby with them, and she seemed to not be in distress after her visit!I am excited for her to get her vaccines and spay, and will definitely be signing up for a wellness plan!
September 10 · Emma RedfernKrista, Dr. Rosario, Dr. Castleton, Laura, and Mia are all the best. They go above and beyond for my cat, helping me to manage her kidney disease and chronic tummy troubles. Special shout out to Krista who squeezed us in with only an hours notice when Marcy started suddenly vomiting yesterday; she cares for my cat as if she were her own and eases my worries with her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Every time I pick Marcy up, the whole staff tells me all about how cute and sweet she is, and it’s clear that Marcy feels comfortable in their presence as she’s purring during exam, giving them headbutts, exploring the exam room, and taking treats from the team. 🩷
June 20 · Brendy WoodDon't be freaked out by the lack of reviews! This is a brand new location but it's staffed by knowledgeable and caring Banfield employees. The facilities are beautiful and clean with a nice modern aesthetic. They were amazingly patient and caring with my White Shepherd, Ghost, when he was nervous and uncertain. Putting both me and him at ease until he was rubbing his face into their hands and saying hello. Our appointment was quick, full of information, and I felt confident when I left he received the best care possible. Even if he did end up with a goofy haircut due to his head injury!Special shout out to Dr. Castleton, and their techs, Alina & Cristi, for the wonderful service. If I lived closer this would 100% be my go-to vet instead of an emergency stop!
July 12 · Joshua KargerI decided to leave Fern Hill Veterinary clinic due to an unfriendly veterinarian and high costs. Today my dog received the best care by Dr. Krone. They were very thorough and friendly. The wellness plan will save us money having an elderly dog compared to going to Fern Hill. Ultimately, I left my dogs appointment happy to hear the staff liked his hyper energentic personality vs. disliked him and wanted to push sedatives & pet behavioral health referrals. To be honest I love that my elderly dog still has a lot of puppy in him. Thank you for the great experience!
