I've been going there for 18 years. I love Dr. Klein. I like how he puts my animals to sleep and you get to stay with your pets until they go. He sedated them first to see if they're gone within 5 to 10 mins. If not then he will injected something else into the veins in their leg. Peaceful. The vet comforts me with the loss of my pets.Don't bring your pets if having a deep breathing (asthma) or allergies problem, or eye injury (besides the eyes infection from the cold), diabetes or dental work....go to another clinic in saginaw and they have special medicines or other bigger stuff. If you tell them you found it as a stray, don't bring strays there. I was told years ago from Barb that they don't take in strays and will put them down. So take the strays elsewhere in Saginaw. On 9/3/2020, my healthy 13 y.o. cat went in for RCP vaccine, poop check, ears cleaning and Revolution for fleas. As shown on written picture. On that day my cat came home ok. The allergy injection last only for 5 to 6 days. I didn't ask for it. But they wanted to see if it help. That was fine to me. But it was worthless. Himalayans are prone to dry skin itchy only when touching or petting him.The next day he was constipated for 2 days. On the 4th day he pooped tiny dry peebles like. The 5th day half peebles and normal poop. Then it went on fine. I'm assuming the vets normally had to press or squeeze the animals lower and and bladder area. But since my cat came home from the vet he went downhill and losing weight with slightly wobbly walk. He was Never like that the day before 9/9/2020 vet or way before. Something a reaction to him from either the injections. And that make him drinking Tons of water all the time through the month. Yesterday (10/1/2020) and part of 2 days ago my cat was acting like having an UTI. Trouble peeing but peed fine afterwards. I wanted to clear out his privates since he's a long hair cat and I'm afraid to poke his skin.Today 10/2/2020, I asked Barb if the vet can shave off the privates area. She said will try it but don't like to do it. Ok then don't do it. She could of give me another options. But I understand they're too busy and during this stupid coronavirus. So they checked my cat's ears and clipped the fur off around his privates. Then brought out my cat. What made my cat so quiet facing the back of his carrier? I hope they didn't accidentally hurt him. Came home and my cat looked worse.Barb kept talking over me and said I gotta think about his age is normally go downhill. No he was Healthy and never act like that a month ago on the vet visit 9/3/2020. She wouldn't let me finish explaining and keep running her mouth over me like always. 😠 I know she tells the vet differently. God is my witness.10/13/2020I had to put my 13.5 years old cat down. 😭 I noticed this morning he was uncomfortable. I felt his left side was swelling again like a few days ago. It meant he couldn't poop. Massaging his left side helped then he went. Today he couldn't go. When pets gets to that old age their muscles are weak even though he ate and drank lots are fine. Older humans have the same problem too.Like I said earlier he went down the bumpy hill right after the vet on September 3rd, 2020. Its not a coincidence. He wasn't like that minutes before the vet or a day or so before. Never. Just to go for a RCP vaccine as I stated above.Well this morning Barb didn't make me feel comfortable. She Rolled her Eyes at me. Rude. I got there at 9 a.m. to let her know my cat needed to be pts. She said the vet isn't in yet til 9:30 a.m. She said I could just leave him there and pick up his body later on. I'm like uh (thinking how will my cat feel being left in the back room cage or kennel all alone strange or something. Barb was waiting for my answer. She said ok just stay in the car til the vet comes in. 10 mins later the vet came. I'm never comfortable with mean Barb sometimes. Which is why my family refused to bring their pets there ever for 12 yrs. 1 star for Barb. - T Sobremonte
