This wasn't our first visit, but since day one this place has been the best! Quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly and informative. Kuromi has had all shots and check ups done at Family Pet and we've had no issues. Our most recent visit was for some blood work and the staff were so kind and attentive to my sweet girl. their examination was thorough and the doctor and vet tech walked me through everything and answered all my questions. We love it here and will continue to come in the future. Thank you!!

We came here after a failed attempt at another local vet office and we're SO glad we found this place. Our dog was dealing with an allergic reaction and it left us scared and unsure what could happen to him. When I called this office, they understood the urgency and saw us right away. They were quick to check us in and we didn't have to wait long before the vet came in and examined our dog. It took a couple of visits to eventually find out what was going on with our dog and they were helpful every step of the way. I cannot recommend this place enough because of how satisfied we are. We appreciate their staff SO much and cannot thank them enough for being there for us when we needed it most.

Duke had fleas which were quickly diagnosed. We thought it was some kind of allergy. Vast improvements were seen the next day with chewable pills and shampoo. Thanks so much!

My dog comes in for a Bordetella shot but the receptionist tells us a yearly examination is required and they will not give shot unless this happens. A $30 shot turns into $101.65 visit. I agree and go to a room. A worker comes in and states my dog is a biter; however, my dog has never bitten or attempted to bite anyone. He's been to groomers and such with no issues. The lady is matter of fact and takes the dog in the backroom and doesn't say anything to me. I wasn't sure to wait or go to the front, so I go to the front. We've been coming here for years and have never seen the doctor examine our dog, I've never met the doctor. Everytime we go they take him to the back and the same lady who takes him back tells us he was examined. Mind you, they were not busy. I asked the lady why he was taken back to room and we don't get to see what happens. She started to tell me that I left. She did not communicate with me to stay and the doctor will be in to explain what happened. This worker has poor communication skills and everything we have to deal with her it's the same thing- poor communication. Over many years, we have never met the doctor. I said this sucks and might consider Armstrong Pet Hospital, the lady in front tells me that she will deactivate my account. I never told her to deactivate my account but she did not want my business. I found out she was the manager, Trina, and she told me she didn't like how I asked the question of the worker. Someone jumped in and started to defend the manager and worker. I paid $102 and Trina did not give me my change, so I got over charged $.35. It may not be a a lot, but it is a over charge. So, my account was deactivated because I voiced my concern with the process. I told them that I did not tell them to deactivate my account and if I choose to go somewhere else, I don't have to tell them. They don't like to listen to feedback of disappointment in service. They owe me $.35. I will make a complaint with better business bureau for the overcharge, too.

Always receive very good care. Never feel they are price gouging at all. Prices always are within a reasonable range for visit. Just received the news that our dog is in his last days. They were very sensitive and provided us with a packet of end of life information. They did not push to have our dog put down ASAP but gave us the opportunity to make that decision in the following days/weeks. They even suggested in home euthanasia with another company instead of pushing to do it at the office. This is our 3rd time visiting them and the care has been consistently good.
