- Had a service dog in distress. She’d been with a person she’d been handed off to without our knowledge. They did not care for her properly. She either had a blockage or food that was recalled and was very, very sick. SAVES stabilized her until I could get her somewhere more affordable. My normal vetrenarians were too busy to help & referred me to Buford & 2 hours away. SAVES recommended Fayetteville Animal Hospital. I am so glad they did! They took very good care of Collins. They kept her an extra day before releasing her after exploratory surgery. I am very happy with the great care they had for her. She’s on the mend. Her surgery went well & my crazy, sweet girl feels much better. ❤️ Thank you Fayetteville Animal Hospital. May 03 · Piper Hill
- ** The INDIVIDUAL who responded to my review is a LIAR!!!** They "NEVER" called me to tell me my pet was in distress!!! He got diarrhea from THAT probably unclean PLACE in the "BACK"."GET CAMERAS" so customers can see their furry children while BOARDING. That WAS the ONLY reason he was there, and he DIED a few days after leaving THAT place.I have pictures when my dog entered and exited THAT place so STOP LYING!!!!He was HEALTHY and VIBRANT, and ONLY 6 years old, with a life span of 13- 15 yrs old for his breed!!! I grew up with Rottweilers. I've had two prior to, mine lived over 13 years. Yes Chsmp! He lived in luxury!! I paid you good money for my pet, even when you wanted to take labs and both came out negative for his mucus in his eyes, ALERGIES. Remember!!😡...Even the antibiotic eyedrops I paid for was money thrown away. I told you his doctor 2 yrs ago, told me he had allergies. Then, immediately after, you wanted me to buy your lifetime tearing drops, and I declined it.I told you that I had some at home. Anyway, you guys charged my credit card a lot, FRA$ ALERT!That maybe why they don't have cameras in the back!! One of the workers said they didn't have enough staff to accommodate the animals. I believe it.**Below is the initial email**For the last 2 years, I've been bringing my precious furry child to FAH to get his shots, board, and baths, after his previous doctor (Berry Hill Animal Hospital) closed.Just recently, I took my furry baby to board at Fayetteville Animal Hospital. He hesitated. The lady asked him twice to come with her. He did as an obedient dog.Thankfully, my flight was canceled. So, I decided to pick up my furry child early. When I picked my child up, he looked very sad and illl. Ive never seen him look so SAD!!!He did NOT go there looking that way. He was vibrant with "NO" PRE-EXISTING issues. Mind you, he just had his yearly exam 3 weeks prior to, by the FAKE doctor, the OWNER, Dr. Sherry. That name (FAH) doesn't show up with the GA SOS.Upon pickup, I noticed the tech took awhile to bring my pet out (approximately 20 mins).I questioned why was it taking so long. I received no response. When my fury child came out, I noticed that someone had wiped his back and bottom off.His coat looked horrible 😖!!! I let it go. When I got halfway down the road from FAH, my dog had an accident in my vehicle. I called the facility. The FAH receptionist, had me on hold for a while. At that time, I was a few minutes away from home. The tech came on the phone. I shared my concern. The tech told me to bring him back, so the doctor could give him something to stop the diarrhea, really🙄!!!! They knew, but did nothing!!Mind you, my pet had been there for four days! No telling how long that was going on. They didn't give him anything while there. Then after I called them back to share his accident, they asked me to bring him back for meds., really!!!!At that point, I didn't want to have anything to do with that place! The unkind and money hungry doctor got upset because I questioned my pet's bill.I realized I spent nearly $800 at that time for lab work for an ear infection that they said he had, doctor's visit while he was boarding, eye exam bec they said his eyes were irritated, lab work that came back negative, antibiotic eye drops, and the doctor wanted me to buy some additional eye drops for tearing. She said he would need that for the rest of his life🙄. THE doctor told me to bring him back in 2 wks because she might need to do surgery on his EYES 🙄. Mind you at that time, I realized that I gave her business $1400. I told the doctor/ owner that I was going to get a second opinion, She became angry.**Now Update** MY DOG HAS PASSED AWAY!!! He was not ill initially, nor did he have any pre-existing issues. He went in innocent and happy. Now my precious is DEAD!! August 30 · Rene Solo
- I brought my cat in last Thursday July 10, and unfortunately she had to be put to sleep. The staff, specifically the male assistant and the vet were so supportive and empathetic. They went, what I felt, out of their way to take care of her and give me the time I needed with her in her final moments. Thank you so much for what you do and being there for my fur baby. ❤️ July 14 · kristy supperer
- We recently had a medical emergency for a puppy we adopted from a local animal shelter. The puppy was exposed to respiratory illness while at the pound and ended up very sick within a week of her adoption. My husband and I accidentally ended up here while trying to get to SAVES and we were helped immediately with no questions asked. From the first encounter, the focus here was on getting our puppy the care she needed. Fayetteville actually caught a misdiagnosis from another local vet and put together a treatment plan targeting the right illness. Our pup ended up having to be hospitalized for almost a week in isolation. To say the team at FAH cares is a major understatement. They truly have a knowledgeable and well trained staff that loves animals and is passionate about providing excellent medical attention. I have to give a special shoutout to vet techs Desiree and Kasey, as well as Aisha (who kept me updated twice a day over a holiday weekend—unheard of!). They never once let us worry and kept us as informed as possible. The doctors and vet professionals here are SO competent and caring—don’t hesitate to make this your resident veterinary practice! We will never take our pets anywhere else. July 10 · Brooke Murtha
