★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Our French Bulldog went missing for 6 days and we thought he was stolen. He came home on his own on the 6th day with a gnarly open wound injury to his paw. My husband called around and we were able to bring him here immediately. The staff and Dr Daniel were informative, friendly, comforting, honest, and helpful. They were quick to act and I would definitely bring my fur babies back in an emergency. February 23 · Lauren Martin
- I was starting to move hope and the staff shows so much gratitude in mind for my Puppy. He was attacked by a dog on rules while my daughter was walking they save my life and now he’s doing wonderful. I am so grateful for the whole staff from the front office to the doctors in the back. Thank you. May 30 · Tawanda Brown
- Im an African American and was turn away due to discrimination. They would not examine or see my cat that was injured. They saw all white people. When I asked why? I was told my cat did not have an emergency. My cat actually had an emergency. The bone was actually sticking out of her tail, she was bleeding and meowing om pain. Also, they have camera. As you can see. The white employee held the door opened for white pet owners. Im going to start videoing all business discrepancies' interactions. My cat needed emergency treatment and was literally turned away after waiting for 30 minutes and 3 white pet owners escorted to the back of the facility. August 17 · Sophia White
- Dr. Blake and Dr. Daniel literally saved our cats life! We were transferred here by our primary veterinarian Dr. Christy at The Healthy Pet Vet Clinic located in Ola. We checked in with the nicest front desk staff and made us feel at ease, even though mentally we were anxious knowing something was wrong with our little buddy Ragdoll (our cat). They walked us to a room to ensure Mr. Ragdoll was isolated and unnerved. The Vet Tech walked in, asked us a few questions and then proceeded to take Mr. Ragdoll. After a few, Dr. Blake walked in and explained the current situation and what plan of treatment is recommended in order to get Mr. Ragdoll at a place of comfort. We decided to proceed with the medical procedure and get our buddy back to feeling better. The entire team assured us that Ragdoll would be in good hands and they would call us in the morning. So, we drove home and boy it was a long night! It’s amazing how things become reality, also interesting how we become complacent when it comes to our pet’s health. Of course we began analyzing the entire history of Mr. Ragdoll and what we could have done better, stated to myself over and over “I should have acted quicker and noted waited this long” - GUILT.Anyhow, after 2 hours of sleep, we went about our day and sure enough Dr. Blake called and provided a status on Mr. Ragdoll. All went well overnight however, due to how backed up our cat was in his colon, Dr. Blake recommended another session to help him further. I was driving when I received the call and pulled over. After Dr. Blake provided the update and assured that all would work out and how we needed to focus on future mitigations, we hung up and I admit, I broke down, prayed, and counted our blessings. Dr. Blake performed due diligence and potentially saved our best friend. I think many of us take this for granted. Not just anyone can perform these actions. I also find it astonishing how I read some stating COST COST COST. Listen, I understand, however, just like a marriage, just like having a baby, you have made the commitment to owning a “pet” aka a family member which keeping them healthy and alive should come first. Respectfully if this is not viewed this way, perhaps think twice. My two cents on this.Dr. Blake had stated that the doctors would be rotating shifts and that Dr. Daniel would take over.As the day went by, anxiously waiting, Dr. Daniel called us later in the afternoon and detailed how he was able to perform the secondary medical procedure and that Mr. Ragdoll would be discharged later in the evening. We drove over after work to pick up Ragdoll and it was such a genuine and caring experience. Ashley was so gracious and heartfelt in walking us through all the outpatient care. We are beyond grateful. We believe in life we are directed to angels that bless you with their gifts. We feel everyone involved in helping us with our family member were genuinely that “angels”, however, we especially would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Blake and Dr. Daniel. What you guys do means so much to many families. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! A+++++ Highly recommend SAVES. August 14 · Christian M.
- Dr. Harper and the ENTIRE staff were amazing. Though my fur baby boy was too sick to continue, they did everything they could to turn things around. Everyone was kind, patient, empathetic, and at the end, very sympathetic. Thank you S.A.V.E, I truly appreciate you all. July 04 · KaSondra Anderson
