Friendly Paws Vet Clinic Reviews
Although the staff were very nice it was just too long of a wait. It too 1.5 hours between all the different events. The vet came out and talked to us about our animal and then we waited again before being taken into the room then did a short exam then had to go draw up a plan for our puppies and we yup you guessed it waited once again. It got to the point we just asked for our bill to pay for our office visit so we can go home. It was just a bunch of UNNECESSARY waiting instead of just doing what could have been done in less than half the time.

Oct 27, 2024 · BRENDA SmithKitty took a turn for the worse. Got her in 2.5 hours after I called. Reasonable, timely, efficient, professional - and highly empathetic. Hopefully another kitty doesn't require this service anytime soon, but until then I'd bring my cats here. Thank you.
Jun 02, 2025 · steven caplanI called to try to get an estimate on the cost of getting a litter of puppies their first vaccines. The questions I was being asked was completely unnecessary for an estimate. What my plans to do with the puppies, was I getting my female fixed, etc. I feel like places like this are why more people are unable to do the right thing with unplanned litters. Definitely not a judgment free conversation.
Feb 05, 2025 · Leah RogersIf I could give it zero stars I would. Booked puppy check and was there for over 2 hours. The vet wanted to sell me on a million things I don’t need.Scheduled follow up appt to do pre-op bloodwork for elective surgery and heart worm check. Surgery costs were estimated at $2300.When they called to change my appointment time, I told the receptionist I was able to get him his rabies, some vaccines, and micro chip when the humane society had a clinic. They told me to make sure to bring the certificate so I did. When we got there, the tech took the certificate and my dog to do the bloodwork. They came back within 5 minutes and had not done the bloodwork. The vet came at me in the lobby questioning my loyalty because I took my dog to the clinic. He was very rude. I was willing to drop almost $3000 after all of his visits, pre-ops, and surgeries and he basically verbally attacked me in his waiting room questioning my loyalty. I’m a single parent doing the best I can. If I can save money on vaccines I’m going to do it. He made me sound like I was jumping from vet to vet and that u wasn’t a good pet parent.A vets priority should be the health and well being of the animals they serve and not whether the owner saved a couple of bucks by going to the COMMUNITY clinic.
