★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Everyone at Gates is so wonderful. Have had them as a vet for all my extra big dogs. Sorry Dr Peggy retired, she is missed! But love the whole crew there. They really care.
June 22 · Linda StewartMy wife suggested this place as she used to use this when she lived out here a few years ago. What a mistake. I gave them 2 Chances. I encountered rude employees, including the Vet. They immediately go to every test possible instead of trying to walk through the issue logically. Desk employee was shaming another customer because she refused a flu booster for her dog. They are not loyal to previous customers. Place was dirty, I can only imagine the back where they see the animals. Poor service, poor conditions. I would pay triple at an emergency vet than go back here. I will never come back nor recommend this place to anybody.
May 20 · Thomas DvorakI absolutely love them. The staff is friendly and wonderful. Dr Whalen, Dr Boyce, and staff do every thing possible to insure our pup is well taken care of and healthy. They are available for any questions I may have. The facility is clean. All of our animals past and present look forward to coming here.
May 21 · Allison BriggsI can NOT imagine going anywhere else for the care of my pets. The staff and vets are amazing!! I can not say anything but good things.
June 17 · Jen MahoneyGates County Animal Clinic is an awesome place to take your little guys, they are very reasonable price wise and genuinely seem to care about our furry friends. Thanks for everything y'all have done for my family so far.
