★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I cannot praise this vet clinic enough! I recently lost my cat, Zoey, and they went above and beyond for my family. They worked with me to make my care plan affordable and also made her last moments so comfortable and supportive. Such kind souls. They took extra paw prints for my daughters and mailed them to us with a sympathy card. In a time of such grief, they helped ease the pain. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I highly recommend! Thank you all for everything.
August 25 · Emily MooreI recently had my first experience at Greenbrier when I brought my cat Dillon for a dental. Everyone was so professional. I felt very comfortable leaving him there. The dental could not have gone better and I could not be happier.
April 13 · Lyn Clauss04/16/25 What used to be a caring and nice facility to bring your pets. Now what seems to be nothing but new hires for techs and front desk that don’t care about your pets or you. I’ve been using this vet for years until today, I will now 100% go to a new vet. I’ve never felt so unheard from a vet before this guessing due to new hires. We had unfortunately lost a cat to Feline Lukemia and decided we wanted to adopt 2 kitties. We call Greenbrier who was our vet at the time to ask a general question about the new kitties we have to make sure we don’t pass the deadly virus to the new babies. The Vet Tech decided it was okay to freak us out and say we were supposed to get rid of all food bowls and water bowls and get new ones so the virus wouldn’t spread. Which sounds understandable the only thing is Shadowcats which is an amazing place to adopt if interested! Actually says that we are supposed to clean the bowls and that the virus only last 48hrs on surfaces. Which from googling sounds correct. So why would a Vet Tech make it seem like the new kitties would get the virus because we didn’t get new bowls? Then to not answer our questions about the same advice you gave us because you haven’t seen them yet? But offered “medical advice” to put us through a whole mental breakdown making it sound like they now have it. This place has gone so far down hill and I’m disgusted with how the front desk hires treat people. To stare at a computer screen with no regard to what is being asked and not passing information along is so wrong. So if you want to go to a vet that now cares less about animals, this is the place to go. I will for a fact never come back here or recommend a place that devalues the concern of someone with questions that you offered advice to. I hope I save some of you from going through the same experience it’s heartbreaking to now have answers to the advice they gave you to begin with. I hope this place gets bought out by some caring individuals again. SHAME ON YOU!
April 16 · Lance GrayWe moved here 3 mths ago and are trying to establish a veterinary clinic for our dog. I called this morning and was immediately told to hold. I held for 20 minutes then hung up. I tried again this afternoon and was immediately told to hold again. I just hung up. If you’re this difficult to get in touch with, there are too many other veterinary clinics in Bel Air to choose from.
June 09 · Susan DavisI had a wonderful experience at Greenbrier veterinarian clinic my puppy. Prince had his first vaccines there. The prices are also very fair, They even trimmed his nails free of charge. They were very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone to take their pup to this clinic, and I will be back.
