Mar 14, 2025 · S MayMy doggo loves going to the vet! He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff gives him so much attention and love, he is treated like one of their own dogs. Any problems he has, I am able to talk with someone immediately or snag an appointment. They never disappoint.
Jul 30, 2020 · Jenyou guys are so amazing and take such good care of my Enzo ❤️ Mikayla and Amberly are the nicest people. Dr. Tebo and Dr. Blais make sure my guy is at his best
Jan 28, 2023 · Michael FrietschThere is a really good chance they will not be there when you need them and their pricing on shots and tests are really inflated. (I noticed the good reviews are a few years old which has also been our experience. They used to be great!!! Until about 2 years ago) Recently my dog had an issue and they scheduled 10 days out BUT THEN THEY CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED IT FURTHER OUT 3 TIMES! Really long wait times for appointments has been consistent for the last 2 years because of perpetual staffing shortages. Problem is.. many small problems become big problems if they are left that long.. They always suggest that you see an emergency vet if you feel your pet can't wait.... (of course it shouldn't wait 2 weeks .. its unfair to the animal) so you have to search for whatever emergency clinic can take you and your small issues will be treated by someone you don't know at emergency room prices. Further, if they are charging $20 to $35 more PER SHOT and $35 to $50 more PER TEST I would hope they have a stronger interest in your animals ongoing health. (The cost of yearly checkups with shots, lyme, and heartworm tests is inflated by a few hundred dollars per visit) They are lovely when you can actually see someone and yearly checkups are pleasant because they are friendly and very cute with the way they interact with your pets but if you need them to help your sick animal there is a good chance they will be perpetually unavailable. After 7 years, canceling our appointment and moving it further out 3 times was the last straw ⁰and we have changed to another vet for our needs.
