★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They took such great care of my puppy after she broke her femur. They were very easy to book with and were extremely communicative about the process, the surgery, and rehab. My puppy is blind and deaf- but they were able to keep her calm and left us with the best instructions. Highly recommended. We loved their office (but we hope to never have her break a bone again)
November 11 · Catherine DibbleeSo very caring staff, loved my girl and kept her comfortable after her Tplo Surgery, will be going back for her other leg. The doctor was very informative about what was to be performed. Cinnamon sporting her cone. Thank you for taking great care of my baby.
June 10 · Susan CrosslandThe staff was friendly. The doctor called the night before to go over surgery and answer any questions. They updated me on what was happening on surgery day. My dog wouldn't settle after surgery so they let her come home with me to get some sleep. When I picked her up, the staff wrote notes about my dog on the folder. Overall a great experience.
July 26 · Dana BroughtonDr. Zaltzman, Michelle, Kat and the other nurses and employees here are phenomenal! And honestly that doesn't even begin to accurately describe them. Our Cane Corso, Walter, tore his ACL and needed surgery. We found HRVSS and I am so glad we did! Walter is 185lbs and is a giant. He is not the easiest to handle because of his size and he can be very intimidating. Everyone took GREAT care of him. He came home the same day, but only due to his size and him being a miserable grouch. Dr. Zaltzman figured he would recover better at home. The night nurse Michelle gave us her personal cell to call should there be any problems. They put together a medication chart because he was sent home with 2 supplements and 4 different meds...that has made it so easy to keep track. The notes they sent home are concise and well written. Dr. Zaltzman called regularly during the day to keep us updated and so did his nurses. It's obvious everyone there loves animals. The videos they have online are a great resource. Dr. Zaltzman is very knowledgeable and not only easy to talk to, but takes his time to explain everything. I will never take my furbabies anywhere else, I am a "patient mom" for life. They will take great care of your fur babies. I even got teary-eyed and hugged Michelle when we picked Walter up.
April 26 · Missy MyersI cannot thank Dr. Zeltzman and his staff enough. They showed compassion every step of the way and were always there to answer any questions I had. They understand it can be overwhelming and a lot of information to take in, and they take the time to go over every single step with you. I received phone calls prior to surgery from both the staff and Dr. Zeltzman to ensure my pet was ready for the surgery and I had my home set up for his recovery process. The surgery went well and when it came time to pick him up, the staff was right there to walk me through all the post-surgery do's and don'ts. A few days afterwards, they reached out to see how he was doing at home. He is now 8 weeks post-op and onto his PT sessions and the staff is still there every step of the way for any questions or concerns I may have. Both Aspen and I thank you, and he will be happy to be running around again care free in no time :)UPDATE!! Aspen has completed is 9 week PT session and got the ALL CLEAR to resume his normal life activities. And for a husky, this is huge!! It has been a long 17 weeks and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Dr Z and his team. I want to send another huge THANK YOU out to everyone in that office! My boy has never been happier to be able to be a normal dog again and he couldn’t wait to get back up on that furniture and get comfy and he is back to being all smiles ❤️
