- If you have cats DO NOT go here!!I’ve only ever heard good things from this establishment from people who own dogs and immediately from the 2 cats they had roaming around I knew I should’ve left beyond overweight and just shown no care for whatsoever.I had left my wife there as I had gone to get dinner which a feeling in my gut told me not to but I did anyway, Once I return I’m told that the Tech put the entire fecal stick up my cat and he was trembling in his carrier as far in the corner as he can go.Then the entire time I’m there the workers seem more focused on socializing than doing a simple rabies shot and trying to upsell my wife at every possible corner. If you want a more social environment where they don’t care about your animal then this is absolutely the spot for you surprised they aren’t shut down! :) April 18 · PrinceGusher

- The vet tech I had was extremely unprofessional. She was fine with my first cat, but when it came to my second cat she was laughing hysterically as she stuck the entire poop stick up my cats behind, which could have had devastating consequences. (I was a vet tech and aware of the protocol). The veterinarian tried to shame me into getting an unnecessary leukemia test as she said they have never missed their shots or had a reason to get it.The entire staff was busy talking amongst each other and watching TikTok over treating patients or parents paying hundreds of dollars. I paid $200+ to watch them laugh, be on their phones, talk amongst each other, and abuse my cat in front of me.I will not be returning to this establishment. April 18 · Briana Mapes

- Make sure to get a second opinion from a different vet if you're animal is seriously sick, injured, or tests positive for something, especially if this vet says euthanasia is the next step. May 28 · C M
