Jul 07, 2025 · Theresa RulienJackson County Veterinary - Exceptional Veterinary Care and Amazing Staff!I recently took Jackson to Jackson County Veterinary and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The receptionist greeted me right away, made Jackson feel comfortable, and quickly got me checked in for his last minute appointment. The veterinarian who took care of Jackson, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly examine him, answer all of my questions, and explain everything in detail. You could tell she genuinely cared about Jackson's wellbeing. The vet techs who assisted were also incredibly knowledgeable and gentle during his visit. What really stood out to me, though, was the compassion and dedication of the entire staff. They went above and beyond to make sure Jackson (and I!) were comfortable and taken care of. They worked with me to find an appointment time that fit my schedule. The clinic also has a wonderful, clean facility that is a comfortable environment for pets and their owners.I'm so grateful to have found Jackson County Veterinary. I know all of our dogs are in the best hands, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care and an amazing staff. They truly set the standard for what a vet clinic should be.

May 02, 2025 · Stephanie BoltzBest Vet there is hands down! They care & are very attentive. They have the most caring staff that goes above & beyond (Paige especially). So thankful they were willing to see us last minute. They took such good care of our Roman & he is a very hyper but loving pit.Roman had gotten into the trash after Thanksgiving & ate turkey bones, we rushed him to medvet in Asheville that night after he started puking & they did nothing but literally told us to watch him & sent us home, the next morning we took him to Jackson vet (because he clearly was not acting ok) & after X-rays, meds & some TLC he is back to his normal self! I really can’t thank them enough!! We won’t be taking our animals anywhere else besides here from now on.
