★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Bross and the Joy Chi team have brought so much mobility to our senior labrador. As a Healthcare professional, I've often gone straight to western medicine treatment, but I am so glad we gave acupuncture and holistic/natural supplements a try! It's been about a year, and she has kept our girl moving. Dr Bross is always so open to listening to your ideas, questions or concerns, and she incorporates western and eastern treatment plans. I'm so glad this kind and helpful team is part of our senior care plan!!
March 29 · Dawn SandersDr. Bross is a very compassionate veterinarian that takes the time to get to know your pet as they were her own. She has been there in our most difficult of times when our dogs were not well. I highly recommend her when you need the best. Thank you, Joy Chi and Dr Bross.
January 10 · D DrakeMy senior dog gets weekly acupuncture treatments for pain relief. She always feels better after seeing Dr. Bross. I like not putting my dog on meds that could have negative effects on her.
May 29 · DEW JRI met Angela Bross while she was filling in for my vet. I brought my dog in for a UTI recheck to make sure the antibiotics were working. Ms. Bross didn't introduce herself but walked in the room already making snide remarks about me bringing my other dog with us. She started by looking at my dogs teeth and said her teeth were abscessed and there was puss present & she needed immediate dental surgery. I explained that she had a dental scheduled in 10 days and she pushed for me to schedule it sooner. My dog had just been to the vet twice in less than a week, once for the dental check and blood work, then a few days later for the UTI. No one said anything about an abscess and there shouldn't be puss if she's on antibiotics. My dog started to sneeze after Ms. Bross was messing around in her mouth and she's like "See!! See!! I'm surprised she's not sneezing out puss!!"She continued on with her disgusted tone and attitude stating my dog had cushings disease (which she does not have) and her left hip had more muscle mass then her right. Meanwhile my dog was terrified of how ridiculous she was acting and was leaning on me.Ms. Bross left the room to review my dogs blood work leaving me waiting for almost 45 minutes! Finally the vet tech came back in the room stating Ms. Bross refused to come back in to go over the blood work, that I would have to wait until my vet was back to go over it with me. The vet tech apologized to Ms. Bross's attitude and how poorly she treated my dog and myself & explained that she was just a relief vet filling in.My dog had her dental on Monday as scheduled and guess what? There was no abscessed teeth and she didn't even need ANY teeth pulled! My dogs are my babies and they are spoiled and I take extremely good care of them. I am absolutely appalled by the interaction I had with Angela Bross. She is a poor excuse for a doctor/vet but I guess that's what you get from a person that goes to a Caribbean vet school. Maybe she should just stick to her laughable specialty of pet acupuncture. Good luck if you choose her to care for your furbabies.
April 06 · Heather HartyMy sweet kitty Rice has stomatitis which is an autoimmune issue where the immune system over reacts to the normal bacteria in an animal's mouth & causes inflammation and pain. It also causes tooth & bone loss if not treated. My Western Medicine vet diagnosed the stomatitis and was able to remove her affected teeth to try to stop the inflammation. She was still having flare ups, and the only option my Vet could give me was oral steroids. My girl is 17 and there are risks from steroid use like kidney issues and development of diabetes. I definitely didn't want to go that route & neither did my Vet but they were stumped as to what to do next. After learning about Dr. Bross from a friend, I had a telehealth consultation with her to get some options on TCM treatment I could bring back to my Vet. Dr. B was awesome. She was friendly and engaging, asked me a lot of questions about my girls diet and history. She was very thorough and was able to give me several options I could bring back to my vet. I am very glad I was able to talk with her about my girl so I was able to work out the best treatment for her with my Vet.
