To get him scheduled .yo hear her say she going to have to cancel someone appointment to get him in was wrong To hear her call another person and tell them that they over.Booked and had to reschedule her vet appointment so this young man could bring his dog in on Thursday in that person spot was very dis honest the vet and the vet assistant was very nice but the front desk left a bad impression
July 03 · MrsLilly67We have been talking our digs here since day one after researching local vets. Available to milliary, this vet is great to deal with. The cost is lower than vets in town, and they take our USAA pet insurance. The staff are easy to deal with and are willing to work with you if you can't exactly meet the appointment time. Lab results that weren't required to be sent to another facility came back 2 hours after they were collected, which was amazing.
August 21 · peter w (Pw)I am very disappointed with the naval base vet. I would honestly say DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Came here with my dog to get him vaccinated and checked as he is a new member to the family. First of all they expect you to email them when you want an appointment they never want to help on the phone. The most disappointing part was they don't seem to care for their patients. My dog was having allergies in his eyes i took him twice to them and they were not able to tell me that when the Dr saw him she did not even notice anything was wrong or give me an ointment that he needed come to find out when i took him later to Cooke Veterinary that i HIGHLY Recommend. The vet there explained everything to me in detail i am just disappointed and honestly it’s better to go somewhere where they actually care about your fur babies.
July 18 · KarlaThe doctor was amazing with my cat. Very efficient check in and visit for overseas travel with a cat. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sidebar: if you're afraid of dogs like I am, there is no way to avoid them. Maybe let the staff know ahead of time so they can separate you from the dogs.
October 19 · Stephanie ReussMEGA NICE FOLKS. I just wish that they had another surgeon to help open up the calendar some.
