Feb 01, 2025 · Jami BaumgartnerJust started taking my pup there. I really like them so far. They were very nice and gentle with my scared boy 😌
Apr 24, 2025 · Dog LoverIve been taking my dogs for years to this vet. All the staff is very sweet and understanding. They have worked around my budget when I have one and has prioritized care and then we schedule the rest. Even tho the wait area is not big, they make sure pets are separated going in and out of the door and try their best to keep everyone safe. One of my dogs had gi problems and they recommended a gi food for him, which I got from them and it made wonders and now I can buy it there with no problems, even I call for meds head of time, send pics of problems my dogs have and even sometimes I cant bring one of them(his big and heavy) they try their best to help. They send me reminders about visits and let me know what things they are due for and always recommend the flea and tick prevrntion and heartworm prevention. Sometimes I cant afford a full box but they give me at least for that month which it helps. I cant stop saying amazing things about this ladies and doctors. They have only shown understanding and love to my pets. Thank you again and my babies say See you later!
Apr 23, 2025 · Liz CruzI recently had an unfortunate experience at this clinic that left me quite disappointed and concerned about the treatment my pet received. From the very beginning, the staff misinterpreted my dog's behavior and health needs, leading to unnecessary stress for both my pet and me.During our visit, my dog, who is generally submissive and well-behaved, was labeled as aggressive by the veterinarian. This assessment stemmed largely from his barking and vocalization, which is a trait of his breed. While I understand that vocal dogs can sometimes be perceived as aggressive, my dog has never displayed any true aggression towards people or other animals. I was disappointed to see the complete lack of understanding regarding breed behavior, which could have fostered a more positive experience.Furthermore, there was a significant misunderstanding regarding my dog's vaccination records. I brought in documentation from his puppy vaccinations, which clearly showed that he had received three distemper vaccines as well as two Bordetella vaccines. However, the veterinarian overlooked two of the distemper vaccines and missed the Bordetella vaccines entirely, claiming he was missing them and suggesting that we restart his vaccination schedule from scratch due to their oversight. This not only caused confusion but also raised concerns about unnecessary vaccinations and the potential impact on my dog's health.Overall, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of care my pet received. It’s crucial for veterinarians to recognize the distinct behaviors of different breeds and to maintain clear communication with pet owners regarding their animal’s health history. I hope to find a practice that prioritizes understanding and respect for both pets and their owners in the future.
