Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital Reviews
Staff is wonderful and truly cares about your pet. They will let you know everything they are going to do first and let you know cost up. The doctor is very thorough in explaining things and options. Doesn't recommend unnecessary tests or medications. Cat can be a terror at times and will try to attack if scared but was well behaved for staff and the veterinarian. Can tell they care about the animals when pet feels comfortable being checked out and not hissing or lashing out.
Jul 01, 2025 · Jen TeecePetco/Vetco Total Care (especially the Hampton VA on Coliseum Dr) is my $1 go to location for all of my fur baby's needs. The staff is exceptional, professional and genuinely cares about our Fur Babies. I have never had a bad encounter and will continue to be a customer for many years. My baby Duchess is groomed there, has had puppy school there, sees her vet there and goes on shopping sprees there. She loves being greeted by the staff and we enjoy how welcoming everyone is. She has been going to Vetco since they opened and we have never been disappointed. Dr. Gooding is the best and I am continually impressed by the attitudes of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the office.
Jun 24, 2025 · Tamara LoveAppointment at 9:30a. Didn't get taken back until 9:53a. Still at the vet office as of 11:30a. 2 hours for a wellness visit. The vet only spoke for less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, sitting in a tiny room in silence. Terrible experience. Do not recommend whatsoever.
May 27, 2025 · Cody PainterKarla was very caring with my dog Maisie during our appointment and explained every step to me during the appointment on what was going on. Our experience was one of the best for myself as an owner.
Mar 09, 2025 · M NMy puppers appointment was for an ear infection. The waiting room is cleverly designed providing space for the puppers to move around without getting too close to one another. The doggy patient rooms are clean and roomy. Testing was completed in a timely fashion. The staff are friendly and caring. All of my questions and concerns were address and my puppers ear infection is nonexistent today because the professional vet care that he received.
