Lebanon Road Animal Hospital Reviews
★★★★★Dr. Wyatt and his staff are the best vet team I’ve ever been to! They are incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. They never make you feel guilty for difficult decisions, especially when considering a pet’s age and quality of life. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and their families, not just making money. I’ve been going to them for years and have had to say goodbye to three dogs in their care. Each time, they have given me as much time as I needed and provided reassurance that I was making the right choice. What really sets Dr. Wyatt and his team apart is their compassion even after you leave. Whenever I’ve had to put a pet down, they’ve always followed up with a call and sent a heartfelt card, making sure we’re doing okay. You’re not just another client to them they truly care. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support during such difficult times.
Feb 27, 2025 · Jordyn PepperMaybe the perfect Vet. We adopted a dog from an elderly neighbor and she was not in great shape. When I brought her in the staff were so kind, friendly, and non-judgmental. The visit was on time, efficient, and the treatment was perfect. They did not over charge me, and then followed up to check on her three days later. I like them so much I will be moving our other dogs car to this vet. Cannot recommend enough.
Mar 08, 2025 · Andrew PriceI can not recommend Dr. Cleveland and his staff enough. I have been to so many vets in Donelson/East Nashville and I only wish I had found their office sooner for my anxious, epileptic dog. Dr. Cleveland is so caring, empathetic, and always goes above and beyond to answer questions and help in any way that he can. You can tell that he cares so much and is not trying to nickel and dime anyone. I always recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
May 08, 2025 · Rachel HinsonVicky Avakian here on my husband's account. Just had a great experience at this practice. First, when we moved here from PA we quickly found a perfect Vet we absolutely loved but he retired. Since leaving his practice we tried another very good Doctor but it just wasn't the right fit for us. We had a really good visit today and I believe we found the perfect Vet and staff for our Dachshund girls. The staff working up front are friendly and professional. The office is clean and is divided into two sides for dogs and cats which is great. I feel they are priced fairly. One of my dogs was sick today and they fit us in due to a cancelation which was so appreciated. They even fit in my other dog for some skin issues. The Vet tech was patient, thorough, friendly and gentle with my girls. Dr. Cleveland in my opinion was about as perfect as a Vet can be. Informative, friendly, patient and very thorough in taking notes as well as collecting as much background as he could to help diagnose the issues with both of my dogs. He let me know of our current options which he recommended at this time and future tests if things don't clear up. It's clear at this practice that the doctor and the entire staff love animals and are dedicated to providing excellent care and treatment for our furry family. I feel really good about them. Thanks for everything today!!
Oct 12, 2023 · Hrayr AvakianAlways a pleasure. They make me and my rottie who is quite afraid feel safe and cared for. They treated me better than any other vet. The Dr. is thorough and personable. I told him I’m incredibly tempted to still drive out there after my move will put me about 50 miles away. I highly recommend this vet!
