Donelson Animal Hospital, LLC Reviews
The vet was great so was his assistant. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my 5 foster kittens!
Jul 04, 2025 · brytney dawnI’ve been bringing my cat here for about a year now, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Lee, Amy and the rest of the staff have been incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend
May 01, 2025 · Derrek Clayabsolutely horrible, the absolute negligence of doctor lee should be enough basis alone to revoke his veterinary license. his absolute negligence towards animals AND their owners is astounding. he offers “quick fixes” and continues to charge an absurd amount of money. he cut open a kitten and STAPLED it back together, poorly at that with the staples falling off of the cat. and when confronted they directly stated that he “didn’t have time” and so he just sent the cat off in that way. absolutely ridiculous do not send your babies here.
Nov 24, 2024 · gabi fI have waited long enough. We had our German Shephard spayed in November of 2020. We had the blood work done. She was perfectly healthy. Should have been no problem. My wife went to pick Tasha up and they said it would be a little later than they thought. So she went back about two hours later. They had a hard time getting her to wake up. My wife left the vet with her and the tech told her if we had any problems to just bring her back. My wife made it about 1 mile from the vet and they called. They realized we lived about 35 minutes away and wanted to give us some pills to give her if she was still having issues. I was home when my wife arrived with Tasha. We had to carry her out of the car and into the house but she would wag her tail when I would say her name so we both thought that she was still "under" and needed more time. We tried to give her one of the pills but it didn't work as she couldn't swallow it. We brought her in and laid her on her bed in the living room. She just laid there but I would say her name and she would wag her tail or lift her head so I would pet her. The boys laid in the floor with her and also pet her. We didn't think anything was wrong as they told us they had "given her a little more than normal because it took a little longer than normal". Around 11pm she died on her bed. Just stopped breathing. No struggle. We called a 24 hour vet and took her to them. She bled out internally. She wasn't sewn up correctly. We took their advice, had her spayed to help prevent ovarian cancer and Dr. Lee killed her by not doing his job correctly. I honestly wanted to do bodily harm to him at first and wanted to light him up on the internet to let everyone know but I let it go until I could calm down. We received a card after Tasha's death. It was signed "The Staff". No personalization. No anything. You just killed our dog and you sign it "The Staff"? Reallly? Keep your pets away from this place and away from Dr.Lee. He killed our dog and he could very easily kill yours.
Jun 07, 2021 · James AllI've taken my dogs here for years. Dr. Lee and his staff went the above and beyond recently when my elder 15 year Chihuahua took a down turn with kidney failure. They worked her in 5 days in a row for treatment and I know Dr. Lee and his staff saved her. I appreciate him and him team not giving up on her. In years past he has done many dental cleaning on my dog also. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and I trust him.
