Lehighton Animal Hospital Reviews
Dr Dawn is THE BEST!!! I’ve been bringing my dogs to her since 2008. I love how friendly and welcoming she is. How she literally sits on the floor with my dog and uses a high pitch voice to talk to them. A shot in the hiner! LOL 😆 She’s great! I’ve gotten to know her staff over the years, they’ve laughed and cried with me. The fact they shared in my grief of the loss of Jasmine, Charlie and Tyson makes them extra special people to me. They genuinely care about my pets, I would go nowhere else! Highly recommended!
Apr 02, 2025 · Traci 515Very rude. My first call went well. Told me that they needed the records for my dog. Got the records in minutes from her other Dr. And forwarded them immediately so I called back 3 times, each time I was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes, then told there was a $69.00 deposit that had to be made before appointment scheduled. I later got a text saying that they wouldn't see my dog because I voiced my dissatisfaction about the times I was put on hold.
Apr 30, 2025 · jim flemingI came in with my cat when I first moved over here. She had gotten into a plant I didn't know was poisonous or not. I was very frantic, not thinking clearly, and seen this is called a animal "hospital" so I drove here immediately. I was crying asking for help, I even brought the plant. I was told they weren't taking new customers. When I asked if they could just ask the vet if the plant was poisonous I was told he was "busy" meanwhile no one else was in the parking lot. They gave me a pamplet for an emergency vet an hour away, and when I expressed what if my cat dies on the way there (no joke word for word) I was told in a nasty tone "Well what do you want me to do about it?"These people clearly only care about money. Do not go here.
May 30, 2025 · Ashleigh UngerVery friendly and professional staff! Vet-Tech Larissa is amazing and super friendly! She knows Atheena outside of that office so it felt good knowing our pup didn't feel completely lost without us inside with her. She can be a handful but Dr. Dawn said she was a good girl this time around which was awesome to hear! I love the new location also! Ample parking makes drop off and pick up much easier. Appt ran pretty much on time and I have nothing negative to say.
May 12, 2021 · Christina FernandesThey are totally respectful and compassionate to each and every animal we have taken there. They are not about volume, but care, waiting room is never overcrowded like others in our area. More about the care of the animal, than money.
