★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Lincolnway Vet Clinic was able to get my dog, Murphy, in within 24 hours of calling which was very helpful! The building was clean and the staff were friendly to Murphy and I. We didn’t have to spend all morning getting his ear treated, in fact, it only took a half hour and we were out of there. I will definitely go back for more visits as they are scheduled and am very pleased with our experience at Lincolnway Vet Clinic.
June 05 · Mike BrooksThis place is pretty great, everyone there is super friendly and respectful! They've been nothing but good to my lil Yorkshire! Been bringing him there since we got him(3months old!), almost a year! He loves the attention they give him! Can't say anything bad about this place really!... Some things can be kinda pricey but that seams to be the case everywhere, with everything these days 🫤And they do offer a credit care card aww situation, if you qualify!.... Oh and they allow communication via text, which is SUPER helpful to someone like me! 😁
July 02 · Crystal E. WilliamsI will NEVER recommend Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic to anyone! My three year old “Muchkin” Charlie a beautiful and sweet Persian cat, had been vomiting for 3 days.He was seen by Dr. Mercedes Gumm on June, 5, 2025.My first impression of her was, she did not at all fit the typical profile of a Professional Animal Healthcare Provider. She had extremely long fake nails, which just did not feel appropriate to me, given the fact she handles sick animals, and this is a health care facility.I requested a urine draw be taken to rule out a UTI. She recommended that Charlie should first have XRays to rule out a blockage. She said after she looked at the X-rays, then she would decide about a urine test.I found it very interesting that ever 5-10 minutes, the assistant updated me on the ongoing increase in the costs I was responsible for. The numbers were climbing high fast. I’ve also never experienced that at another animal clinic. After my experience, I believe this is a money hungry clinic. I am extremely disappointed in how this animal clinic is being operated. After, I was informed that the Xrays showed no blockade, I requested that they go ahead, and test his urine. I was then informed that they “HAD ALREADY DRAWN” it, and did I want it tested. Of course I did!!!!Then I was informed that YES, he did have a UTI.In the past DMV’s have ALWAYS recommend for my other cats, that the urine be tested first. The vets explained it was the most common type of infection, and should be ruled out first. Before moving forward with more expensive tests.I feel DR. Mercedes Gumm DELIBERATELY led me to agree to do the more expensive X-rays first. The X-rays were approximately $260.She then gave me an RX for a cat Food to help prevent future UTI’s.She did not ask me what brand of cat food Charlie was used to. It should have been discussed. So I ended up with an RX for a brand I did not want to use, plus she added weight management along with urine care.Charlie only weighs 11 lbs, he’s not overweight. That evening after he was seen at the clinic, his right eye did not look normal, and within an hour it was completely swollen closed. He’s NEVER had an eye issue. I believe that he was hurt during the time he was away from me, either by her long fingernails, or rough handling. Charlie is a very passive, timid and submissive cat.I called the clinic a few days later, and expressed my concern about his eye, and a man returned my call, saying he was a nurse. During our conversation he made a statement that “sometimes cats get silly”. I replied, so you’re saying it’s my cat’s fault that his eye was somehow hurt. At that point he became rude to me, and said I was putting words in his mouth. NO I was not.I called the clinic today, June 18, 2025 with two requests,1. That the RX be rewritten for the brand of cat food Charlie has always eaten, which has excellent reviews.2. I also had a question about a product called FLO CAT powder that she included in his meds. My question today was, is this a temporary or a permanent product for Charlie? After being put on hold a couple of times, I was then told they would no longer be involved in his care, or advise me.After paying $610, I received absolutely no assistance today! Not one of my questions were answered. It’s pretty clear, this is a money hungry clinic. This type of animal care is unacceptable, and you may have put my cat in a situation which could possibly jeopardize his health.I have never had a negative experience at an animal clinic, until now.I PAID $610 for Charlie to receive quality care, which he did not, and now I have an RX that I can’t even use!!I’m not at all surprised by the number of upset pet owners that have shared there horrific experiences.Do yourself, and your pet a favor, and go elsewhere!!!!*There absolutely is not an acceptable excuse from this Animal Clinic, that can justify this type of animal care.Shame on you Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic, for the lack of quality care that my cat received.
July 04 · Linda SlaydenMy friend told me about this once, and being that she loves animals I trusted her word. It was my First time visit, and I’m glad I chose them! All 3 girls I encountered(including the vet) were great, and they were super friendly with both kitten and I!! I’m happy to be a new client and will be making them my primary kittie care!
August 19 · Michele ClaytonFantastic experience. Kitty had something wrong with her eye. There was no hesitation from this clinic regarding scheduling. She was seen right away, and she even was a new patient. Very caring staff, everyone is so kind and warm. The doctor was amazing. Her treatment started working almost immediately, with visible results the next day!! I would highly recommend this animal clinic, it's a great place.
