MacDill Veterinarian Treatment Facility Reviews
Just adopted a new dog and was so happy to bring the new fur baby to visit with my favorite vet team!!!!Learned that Winston (14yo, toothless, deaf and weighing on Gotcha Day a whopping 4.2lbs... to gaining a full 1lb 5 weeks later. The team is spectacular, we did all his annual shots, and gave him senior dog labs...and we learned he has stage 1 kidney disease. Don't worry though, the team helped me figure out how to keep my adopted senior doggo healthy, happy, and maintain a happy quality of life... I am going in 7 weeks with my little guy and he is so much more healthy, is even a bit of a naughty rascal! All that said, the team has been my favorite people as we had 2 dogs when we arrived in Florida, both have crossed the Rainbow Bridge from old age, Ziggy lived to be 21 yo and 8months before she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. She was a spunky old lady and she might not have always loved visiting the vet clinic, but she always knew they made her feel better those last few years. The team is magnificent and provide the empathy and joy and kindness both the pet patients need...and the HOOMANs definitely appreciate. Plus, you won't walk out unsure of how to support your fur baby, the team is wonderful at keeping us humans informed of what to look for in health changes for our fur babies and are ever ready to touch base and provide resources to look up for added information.
