★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I appreciate the vet techs and the Doctor being very gentle and kind with us while we were in the process of putting my ESA to sleep. What I love about Parkdale is the fact that they have a Grieving room. It's kind of like a mini living room. I experienced it for the first time about 4 1/2 years ago when I had to put my cat, one of my best friends, to sleep. The fact that you're not in a regular vet exam room, in my opinion, The Grieving room makes it easier to say goodbye. It's so much more comfortable and I really appreciate the fact that they took good of her, giving her all the treats. Then once they brought her in they make sure she was comfortable as possible, even bringing a bed in there for her to lay on.I love the fact that I had a calm and peaceful place to send my family Over the Rainbow Bridge.Thank you to everyone who took care of her at the end. - Called to ask for anti-diarrhea meds because my dog has been having the runs for a few days now(just after 3pm). The lady that spoke to us was very rude and unprofessional. “Thats not how this process works, we dont just had out anti-diarrhea meds”. Totally understandable, its just the way she said it, very karen-like, and condescending. Didnt even give us her name and very attitud-ish. Only giving 3 stars because other staff members there are great. Whoever the rude lady was- I wish we would’ve gotten her name. July 31 · jaden yang
- They have been a wonderful care team for my orange tabby whether it be regular check ups or emergency appointments. They are timely and cost effective, which is hard to find with a vet these days! June 20 · John W
- Took my cat here for a wellness check up and shots and I have to say, the vet and vet tech were AMAZING with him. This was the first time he's gone to the vet since I've had him and I can honestly say as a fur mama, I was extremely nervous. They treated my baby very well and he got lots of pets and loving from them. Definitely will be his life long vet now 🥰 March 21 · Sierra Taylor
