★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I do not recommend this vet. They over charge you and my kitten was still sick after they provide services that aren’t required just to run your bill up. My vet was closed unfortunately so I had no choice but I will never come here again. They don’t love your animals they just see dollar signs . I took him to my vet and paid 60.00 and have a brand new cat . I spent 215.00 and he never got better 😩. Want a great vet go to Jenson on the west side !!!!
August 25 · Vanessa SolomonStarted coming here after service from Eastwood Animal Clinic started going downhill. I have been very content and pleased with them. The techs are friendly and helpful. And the vet is very informative. I had a question the day after bringing in one of my dogs and the vet actually spoke to new directly on the phone. I've never had a clinic do that here yet. Best of all, they're not doing the curbside service and let you in with your animal (which was a plus because I have a scared dog that doesn't let anyone near him who isn't family). I just had him neutered there today, and the service, plus me being able to bring him in personally, made this much better than it would have been with the curbside stuff. Unfortunately, staff couldn't get the cone on him, he's too scared, but they helped me get him in my car, and that mattered.I love the service. I love thirty minutes away in good traffic when there are closer vets and I don't mind the time to get to good service. I still continue bringing my animals here.
March 18 · Scott SourileI have tried to give the change in management grace since any transition is difficult, but this is becoming absurd. I have been trying for the last 3 days to call in a refill request for 2 of my dogs. Every time, I get through I'm placed on a "quick hold". One quick hold lasted 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. I've called 4 times today with the same results.I miss Dr. Rorhbaugh so much. His staff was much more empathetic and responsive. With the exception of Dr. Davila, everyone else is horrible.I'm starting the process of searching for a new vet that has no affiliation with Far East Animal Hospital, which is sad because we've gone to McRae for over 20 years.
April 28 · Amanda MartinezI have dealt with this vet for over 25 years and have never experience this. I referred someone because I thought the clinic was honest, caring, and compassionate. My sister’s dog was attacked by two dogs the clinic quoted her $500.00 and took her dog in. Then came back and told it would be $896.00 more. My sister told them she didn’t have the money, they proceeded to say to take him home it will be an additional $70.00. They didn’t offer to put him down for his injuries, nothing! This to me is bad business! The dog died this morning! McRae animal could have handled this situation better. I will not return back and I make sure nobody else does either.
March 22 · Mari DylI love this place but one thing I do not like is when rudeness about simple questions over the phone. I asked if I could make an appointment she said no we are walk in bases. I asked is it usually packed tomorrow morning she said again we are walk in bases and I can't tell you what the future will look like. Just got off the phone and have never experienced an attitude from this place up until now. The staff in person is impressive on being kind. But I guess they had a tough day today. Disappointed. I'm pretty patient person just do not disrespect me.
