We have brought our pups to Memorial 610 for the past 3 years. I have always felt like the their goal was to run the bill up, adding whatever they can. Seemed like my dogs well being was second. Staff and techs were friendly, pricing is high comparatively. We brought our dog in 4x for a recurring UTI and the treatment plan was the same each time. Each time recommending we do the same expensive urine culture even when it was the same each time. We spent $$$$ on our aging dogs visit to the pet hospital and when I would make it known finances were an issue to scale back recommendations to only what is absolutely necessary. It would be met with eye rolls and comments making me feel like a bad pet owner. I was quoted 300$ for an ultrasound only to go elsewhere and pay $70. That vet thought it was laughable that they used an ultrasound to find the bladder ( and charge) each visit but not look if stones were present. - Kyle Nelams
