I can’t say enough good things about Modern Animal! The care for my dog has always been outstanding.My dog is pretty reactive at the vet and can be hard to deal with (dachshund…) but I know I can trust them to do everything possible to get him the best care despite his attitude! He’s really warmed up to Alex, one of the nurse/techs! He’s always feeding my dog plenty of treats to calm him and make going to the vet a happy trip! I can’t say enough good things!!! Thank you always, Alex!I’ve even gone to other locations to get the care he needed when our home Lakewood clinic was full and we get the same top notch service! I will gladly pay the membership for years to come!

When my previous vet didn't have any appointments available when I needed them, I tried out Modern Animal. It has been great! My dog had a problem with his eye, and after our first exam they stayed in contact to follow his progress. When it was clear he needed surgery, the doctor made room in her schedule to quickly operate. Our family is is very grateful. On top of our experience, I've found "the app" they use to be very helpful. You can communicate and send photos any time of day, and the messages are being monitored and sent to the doctors if appropriate. And, all your records are a tap away. I'm glad I found Modern Animal.

My primary concern in seeking a new veterinary clinic was finding a place where my pets’ well-being was prioritized, rather than simply focusing on financial gain. Unfortunately, I sensed a lack of genuine care from the staff. They seemed more focused on each other than on addressing my dog’s needs, and their reactions to her behavior were dismissive, particularly given that she can be quite curious and anxious.Once the appointment was over, the attitude shifted notably, likely because I demonstrated my commitment to my pet’s care, regardless of cost. I agreed to all of their recommendations, but I left feeling disheartened. Despite paying for the full year’s worth of visits, I cannot see myself returning.This experience was especially disappointing because I had high hopes after seeing their social media advertisements and reading positive reviews online. However, my concerns were not addressed adequately, and I was only presented with one option for treatment—surgery—which raised doubts about their intentions.
