Mar 02, 2025 · Katherine GallagherDr. Myers has been incredibly sincere and logical about our dog Luna who was just recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Our family thanks him with all of our hearts for all of his help with tumor removals and treatment. Dr. Myers and his professional staff helped us make all the right decisions and he is a true professional. Our family thanks him and his staff very very much.
Oct 24, 2024 · Diane ChubetI called them and the lady who picked up the phone had the nastiest attitude I've experienced in a while. I asked her basic questions and if she could email a form and she huff and puffed and made it seem like I asked her to clock out and wash my car. Work on your customer service skills or hire better front desk workers.
May 23, 2025 · Solaire 8173A few years back, I had a great, fantastic experience with Doctor Myers. What happened, you all? New staff I do not recognize. The receptionist, Sunshine? She should be named Cloudy. She's very rude. I called to ask a question and she sounded like I was inconveniencing her.
Jun 09, 2025 · Mrs. JReposting because "Sunshine"/staff removed my honest experience with them.Reviewed in April or May 2025:The receptionist on the cats side ironically named (tag said, probably not her real name) "Sunshine" did not greet us when we walked in. She looked angry and was obviously infuriated when she saw us. Practically rolling her eyes, arching her eyebrows looking noticeably agitated, avoiding eye contact looking down the whole time and not talking at all, and huffing and puffing (sighing loudly) at the sight of customers coming in. Customers that help your workplace by paying your paychecks annoys you? You realize customers drives business to you, right? Meanwhile on the dogs entrance side? The receptionist was so polite and friendly. HER name should be "Sunshine"... Unlike that angry troll on the cats side. Thunderstorm, Earthquake, Tornado are better names for her since she likes the weather. Have something that actually fits for a her attitude. God forbid, you call during business hours, she will give you a rotten attitude over the phone."Sunshine" sighed extremely loud when she told us to go into room 3. Oh, boo hoo! You're upset you have to do your job?! Then "Sunshine" refused to take my pet out of the carrier. She told me to do it with her hands crossed throwing a fit. SURE! YOU WANT ME TO ANSWER THE PHONE, TOO? Sit in your chair? Take appointments? What else should I do for you, "Sunshine"? Since you don't work there! You know, I'm actually glad she didn't touch my cat. Who knows how her hygiene is. I wouldn't want my cat to catch her nastiness. She is a bitter woman."Sunshine" needs to find another job. Maybe fast food or maintenance for a hotel, where she doesn't have to see or talk to customers because she lacks customer service skills. Putting her as one of the first faces a client sees when they walk in? HUGE MISTAKE! Absolutely not. Dealing with her rudeness made me change my pets vet! You want to give a GREAT IMPRESSION to the client! Not a negative experience. You need to put someone who is actually friendly, loves animals and interacting with EVERY PERSON. Great customer service drives people into your business. While bad customer service? Drives customers away. There are many vet hospitals that people can choose from... And are quite better than this location. If you still want "Sunshine" to be part of the staff, then have her work away from customers and in the back stocking or cleaning, but she SHOULD NOT be the first unpleasant face a customer should see. She needs to fix her attitude! For the love of everything that is good... CHANGE YOUR NAME! "Sunshine"? Hilarious! Goofy. The vets? No better. All the tests they conducted just to say, "I don't know." Within two days, practically $1,400 down the drain and no one could give me a straight answer on what was wrong. Oh yeah, but bring them back! We want more money... I mean more tests to figure what's happening! Brought them back for a second opinion, just to be told, "I don't know" AGAIN! We'll be transferring out our cats medical records to another vet hospital. "I don't know" SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! They are inexperienced and all of those years of schooling... What was it for? Were you on your phones? Partying? Lolli gagging? We had to spend more money at a 3rd bet because Dr. Myers location didn't know what was going on TWICE! THANKFULLY our fur baby is doing much better. They don't know what they're doing here!Learning about an animals needs is highly important! This could be a life or death situation for them. Animals need to be treated with the same love and care as a human is treated. The lack of inexperienced vets here is insane. Years ago, we've been here and they had vets who LOVED what they did. Now? You see these vets see your pets as dollar signs. I will never every bring my angels here ever again. So, on top of "Sunshine's" rudeness? Inexperienced vets. I guess, if you're loaded and love wasting money with no outcome nor solution, this is the place for you. "Sunshine", if you're reading this... DO BETTER WITH YOUR SOUR ATTITUDE.
