Small Animal Emergency Services Reviews
We were so pleased with the care our cat Ollie received from an amazing and caring staff. Our cat was treated like a king. The vet tech and vet were so kind and informative during Ollie’s stay. The vet tech came to our car to offer reassurance to us as we waited for Ollie’s test results. They did every thing right. We are so thankful!
Mar 26, 2025 · Cheryl EngelmanThe staff here saved our dog's life. Our dog Ricky was very sick after he ingested several clothing items and had a small bowel obstruction. The entire staff was very caring, and they professionally provided us with several options at each juncture. We were kept informed throughout his treatment. We gave informed consent for a surgery and the vet did a fantastic job retrieving the fabric from a difficult place in the small bowel. Our dog healed wonderfully. Furthermore, pricing was extremely reasonable when we compared with other emergency veterinary services in the area. Places in Raleigh would've charged 2-3x as much. This is the go to place for true veterinary emergencies.
Oct 21, 2024 · Monty CobraTook my Ozzy B here after being attacked by other dogs or coyotes. He had some deep, gnarly wounds and the Vet did a great job! Our experience here was great! We were shown the cost of treatment beforehand so there were no surprises. Returned a week later to have drainage tubes removed and we were treated with the same care as the first emergency visit. Our fur baby is healing and we are so thankful for their emergency services!
Feb 11, 2025 · Jennifer BaggettOur senior cat got very sick this week coming off of a prior illness that we thought had been resolved. We ended up having to take him to this emergency hospital. From start to finish the experience was incredible from the intake to the actual vet service. They treated us with enormous compassion and expertise. We ended up having to put our cat down due to extent of his illness but the doctor’s support was extraordinary in this capacity and we felt respected and understood. I truly believe this hospital is above par in the quality of the staff and how they treat animals and their owners.
May 25, 2025 · Maryam RuddenI brought in a stray cat that we had been feeding for quite awhile. Poor baby had a terrible draining abscess on his neck. I, reluctantly but knew that it was necessary, had him humanely euthanized. The doc and her staff were wonderful. This ginger boy was well taken care of and he passed without any further pain. I am thankful for their kindness and empathy which can be so lacking these days. Vets and their assistants see horrible things daily. They are not miracle workers but do the best they can. A few uplifting words can mean so much. Thank you again. RIP Frankie boy.
