They have clearly taken on too many fur baby clients to serve their long exsisting customers sufficiently. Wait times are very long. Cost are higher now and service is worse due to waits and taking shortcuts. For example. I scheduled an appt on my Dog for a knot i noticed on her rear leg to have a biopsy. That went fine bc i got in line very early. However as we were finishing from them rushing around they failed to tell me my dog was up for all her shots. I felt like they were in such a rush to get as many customers processed and paid that they took shortcuts on my dogs needs by not telling me and giving her the shots she needed...which they have record of her needing. That is poor customer service in my opinion. If they are gonna service that many customers and charge what they do then they need to get the staff to accommodate it. Now my dogs knot has busted open and bleeding...its a 3 hour wait currently and when i asked if there was something i could do here like bandage ointment etc to keep it from infection i was told theyll ask the doctor and call.me back. Well guess what. No call back and no appt for us. FURIOUS !!!

Our family has used this clinic for many years now. We have watched most of our pets have their first visit to their last here at Noah’s ark. I don’t feel that I could really say enough good things about the majority of the staff. I do want to mention doctor Todd with our most recent experience. We found out our six month old puppy had severely under developed kidneys. He became very sick very quickly. The entire experience was truly heart breaking. Dr.Todd showed us real compassion. We will take that experience with us for the rest of our lives for many reasons but I will remember some of the words he said to us for a lifetime as well. I think we often forget how much the losses also affect the staff members who come to love our pets too. I want to thank Dr.Todd for trying everything he could to save our little man Ripp and for showing us genuine compassion in such a vulnerable time. We will continue to use Noah’s ark in the future knowing that they have treated our pets with the best care from beginning to end.

I canceled my 1st appointment to have my dog spayed because she was in heat. I had to take her to be seen because she was having some issues while she was in heat. The doctor told me and my husband we did not need to wait for her to be out of heat to get her spay and preceeded to explain and draw pictures explaining to us why they like to wait until the dog is out of heat to perform the surgery. So we went ahead and rescheduled her spay for the following week. The next day we got a call from the clinic stating that they needed to reschedule due to the dog being in heat. I explained what the doctor told my husband and I and they spoke to the doctor and refused to keep my appointment. This is not a good look for the office. The doctor was nice but this was annoying and frustrating. My other dogs are established at a different vet and it was a wait to get this dog in to the same vet which is the only reason I brought her to noahs ark. This experience gave me the push to take her to my regular vet. We will NOT be returning. You would have thought the doctor would have atleast apologized for the misundering.

I have a puppy that at 8 weeks old got a horribly bad infection in his left eye that caused his eye to rupture so he had to have it removed. I came into Noah's Ark scared and worried for my baby. The staff here was prompt on getting him the card he needed and counseled me on different options available. They got him on some medication to help him feel a little better and into surgery the next morning. The feeling of knowing my baby was in good hands stayed with me the whole time he was in the hospital, and I knew he was being loved on by the staff as well. The people that work at the West Chester location are amazing people, and even though it's a little bit of a drive for me I won't take little Oliver anywhere else. He is now about 10 weeks old and has all of his spunk back plus some. He's happy, and doing very well. I truly believe that if he didn't receive the care he needed at the time he would've died, so I am very grateful to the staff for saving my baby. This is in my opinion the best Animal Hospital I have ever visited. I'm posting photos of Oliver before and after.***(Some people may find the photos disturbing)***

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Noah’s Ark and Dr. Todd. We just moved here from Indiana and my dog needed his Cytopoint shot and also had a rash over his body. Dr. Todd came in quickly with very minimal wait and was able to work with him even though he has extreme stranger anxiety due to being abused. He figured out the diagnosis quickly and was able to get him his allergy shot and we were out the door. Price was very reasonable. We will be coming here again and requesting Dr. Todd for our veterinary care from now on.
