Noah's Ark Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital that has been serving the Fullerton community for decades. The hospital operates with a core philosophy of providing both traditional veterinary medicine and a variety of alternative therapies to ensure a pet's complete well-being. Their approach is focused on preventative care, believing that the best way to keep pets healthy is to proactively address potential health issues before they become serious problems. The team is dedicated to providing compassionate care, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting relationship with pet owners. They understand that every pet is unique and tailor their services to meet the specific needs of each dog and cat. From annual vaccinations and early detection to complex surgical procedures, the hospital is equipped to handle a wide range of veterinary needs. The clinic's commitment to patient comfort is evident in their careful patient monitoring during surgeries and their compassionate approach to pain management and end-of-life care. A particular highlight, noted in a customer review, is the ability to communicate in Korean, which provides a significant comfort and accessibility benefit to a portion of the local community.
Located at 422 N Euclid St, Fullerton, CA 92832, USA, Noah's Ark Animal Hospital is situated in a central and easily accessible part of the city. This location makes it a convenient option for residents of Fullerton, as well as those in neighboring communities. The hospital is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, which ensures that all clients can access the facility with ease and comfort. To provide the highest level of care and to manage their patient schedule effectively, the hospital recommends that clients schedule an appointment in advance. This helps minimize wait times and allows the veterinary team to dedicate the necessary time to each pet. While appointments are recommended, the hospital also provides limited urgent and emergency care during regular hours. This blend of planning and flexibility ensures that pet owners in the community feel supported, whether for a routine check-up or a more pressing health concern.
Noah's Ark Animal Hospital offers a comprehensive and diverse range of services, catering to the full spectrum of a pet's health needs. Their offerings go beyond a typical animal clinic, integrating both modern medicine and alternative therapies. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including an in-house lab and digital radiology, which allows for quick and accurate diagnoses. They also offer a full-service pharmacy for convenience. The following list provides a detailed look at the services they provide, highlighting their commitment to both traditional and holistic pet care.
Preventative and Routine Care: The clinic places a strong emphasis on preventative care with services such as annual physical examinations, vaccinations (including DAPP and Rabies vaccines), and parasite prevention. They also offer specialized puppy and kitten plans to get new pets started on a healthy path.
Advanced Diagnostics and Surgery: They are equipped to perform advanced diagnostic testing, including blood work, digital radiographs, and ultrasound. For surgical needs, they provide general surgery, spay and neuter services, dental extractions, and utilize advanced operative and patient monitoring to ensure safety.
Alternative and Holistic Therapies: A unique offering is their focus on alternative medicine. They provide veterinary acupuncture, acupuncture laser therapy, and use of Chinese herbal medicine to help manage pain and promote the healing process for a variety of conditions.
Grooming and Dental Care: The hospital provides complete dental care, including teeth cleanings and dental exams, which are essential for a pet's overall health. They also offer pet grooming services, including breed cuts, providing a convenient way to keep pets looking and feeling their best.
Noah's Ark Animal Hospital is a noteworthy choice for several reasons, as highlighted by both its services and customer reviews. One of the most significant features is the hospital's blended approach to medicine, combining traditional veterinary care with alternative therapies like acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. This provides a more holistic option for pet owners who want to explore different treatment modalities for their pets' health issues. Another key highlight is the compassion and personal attention provided by the staff, particularly by Dr. Jung, who is praised for his kindness, professionalism, and ability to communicate effectively with pet owners, including in Korean. This level of personalized care makes a significant difference, as one reviewer noted, in creating a comfortable experience for both the pet and the owner, so much so that their dog "gets sad if she doesn't go in quickly." While a negative review raises valid concerns about surgical procedures, pricing, and communication, it's important to note the contrast in experiences. The positive reviews praise the staff's kindness, affordability, and the love they have for animals. The fact that the hospital has been a part of the Fullerton community for decades and remains privately and family-owned also speaks to its authenticity and commitment to a legacy of love and compassion.
Comprehensive and Integrative Care: The ability to receive both conventional and alternative treatments, like acupuncture, under one roof is a major highlight. This allows for a more personalized and well-rounded approach to a pet's health, from pain management to chronic illnesses.
Affordable and Transparent Pricing: A positive review mentions the hospital's affordable prices and a 10% discount on vaccinations on Thursdays, which can be a significant benefit for pet owners managing costs. While there was a contrasting experience, the hospital's effort to provide discounts and reasonable pricing is a noteworthy feature.
Compassionate and Multilingual Staff: Dr. Jung is praised for his kindness, and the ability to communicate in Korean is a major advantage for a significant portion of the community, building a deeper level of trust and comfort for pet owners who may not be native English speakers.
Full-Service Convenience: From advanced diagnostics and surgery to grooming and a full-service pharmacy, the hospital provides a one-stop-shop for a pet's needs. This convenience saves pet owners time and effort, as they can handle multiple tasks in a single visit.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1PLEASE GO NOAH's ARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL🤎 여기 제발 오세요!I highly recommended here that's because Dr. Jung is a person who takes care of animals with love, is calm, and takes care of the feelings of animal owner.Dr.Jung 선생님은 한국말도 잘 하세요. 그래서 영어가 힘드신 동물 주인분들도 가면 너무 편해요!!!한국말로 애완동물 상태를 설명하셔도 다 알아들으시고, 진료 도와주세요.-The vet bills here are not as sinister as they are elsewhere. They offer an affordable price. There are also discount events on weekdays. For example, there is a 10% discount on vaccinations every Thursday.-My dog loves this place. I'm new to everything because I'm trying to raise dog for the first time in my life.I've seen a lot of animals afraid or refuse to go into hospital, but my dog gets sad if she doesn't go in quickly🤣-All the nurses, staffs are kind.I've been to other veterinary hospitals and talked on the phone, but nowhere else has they been more kind than here to consult or explain.-I live in LA but I always drive an hour to this place for my dog. I think there's a good reason for that.In addition to these reasons, there are more reasons to recommend this animal hospital, but I just want you to experience it.In fact, I'm worried that if this hospital becomes too famous, it will be difficult for me to go🤣🤣 but I'm leaving this review because I think it would be nice to know a place where many animal owners can go comfortably.
July 18 · 권민영Do not recommend for any surgical procedures. My dog was neutered, microchipped, and had his dew claws removed here. Here are the reasons why I am giving 1 star- Vet seems very amateur. After surgery I go to pick up my dog and all seemed well until I got home and found a golf ball sized amount of dried up blood on my dogs shoulder blades. Ends up the vet could not do something as easy as a microchip procedure. Had to drive back to the vet to remedy the situation. The amount of blood that had to be cleaned up for a simple microchip was astonishing....- To further illustrate how amateur this Vet is. Dog had it's declaws removed as well. Had to wait 5 days to remove bandages. Upon removal, one side of his legs looked normal while the other side had 3-4inches worth of stitches!!! If there were any complications, nothing was mentioned to me. Vet seems very amateur at best and in my opinion should not be operating on dogs if he turns what should be a 1inch incision into 3-4 inches....- Vet was deceptive about pricing. He will make it seem as if everything listed in his estimate is required. I found after the surgery from talking with others, many items in the estimate are optional. I would not mind paying his prices if the services were exceptional but sadly his service are below par.- This Vet is money hungry. I noticed the day of my dogs operation, there were so many other animals booked to be neutered/spayed as well. I got the feeling the Vet books way too many appointments to fill his greed and ultimately cannot provide the animals the attention they deserve while going under the knife. As a result his work looks amateurish as best. STAY AWAY
May 11 · Enrique MuroNicole was amazing! She provided the best customer service—friendly, helpful, and incredibly patient. She quickly stepped in and explained everything clearly, which made a big difference. Honestly, she was a huge improvement over the first person I spoke to (I think her name started with an "S"?), who was quite rude. Nicole turned the whole experience around—thank you!
May 19 · Heather LlanosTook my fur baby here to get spayed. They have you come to an appt for a consultation so the vet can meet your dog. I came to the appt and they had a same day cancellation, so they were able to spay her that day! It was amazing and worked out so well. I paid $20 extra for their laser treatment so help her heal faster and I swear she was healed pretty much within a few days! I don't think she even needed the medication I bought for her to come home with. This place is a nice small neighborhood animal hospital and top notch! Thank you for your services for my Coco.
July 23 · Courtney PablikI am very picky with my vet and I almost did not want to write this review for the sake of keeping this vet as not as busy as possible for my own good. But they deserve this honest review. And no, this is not for the “free nail trim” for writing a review. My cat doesn’t need nail trims.I have visited this vet for a few years now (maybe about 5+ visits). Every single encounter was beyond expectations. The reception, tech, and vets are professional, kind, and caring.I believe my first few visits were while there was an ownership change going on. Because I remember my appointments with an older gentleman vet, middle aged woman vet (I think it was Dr. Starr), and Dr. Jung. I think the term “ownership change” never has a good connotation, but not in this case. All three vets were amazing and professional. I can truly sense that all the vets actually cared. One of the visit was due to my cat’s squinting eye. I had two trips due to this and it was resolved after the second visit (Dr. Jung tried different methods and antibiotics). My cat is 15 and they never try to push any unnecessary exams, vaccines, or try to sell anything. They recommend what is needed and is good for your pet.Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital has my full trust and I will never take my cat anywhere else. I had some unpleasant experiences at other vets and I just wish I found Noah’s Ark sooner.Thank you to all staff and Dr. Jung.-Sarah, Matt, and Honey the cat
