★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We’re so grateful to have found a veterinarian who truly cares. Dr Chern always takes his time, listens carefully, and treats our dogs like they are his only patients. It’s clear he genuinely thinks about what’s best for them, and that level of dedication means the world to us. We love his team, too! Diane has been there for all the years we have, and she is the sweetest. Andrea and Cheryl do such a great job comforting our anxious dog, who hates giving blood or getting shots! Their kindness and patience make every visit so much easier.Highly recommend!
August 15 · JillExcellent care and amazing staff that go above and beyond make the difference. Dr. Chern, Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Kimball all made a huge effort to help Jager out in every way possible. The assistants and techs, as well as the front desk staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. We could not ask for a better vet that really cares and puts in the effort to help make the best decisions for your pet. Thank you all for your support and kindness over the years.
March 06 · James DeutschmannHighly recommend Dr. Gutierrez she was awesome to my Loki boy today. The staff were so kind and understanding Andrea I believe that was her name she was the best made me feel good about brining him there. This was his first time at the clinic and he is so protective of me I thought they were gonna label him an aggressive dog like banfield did. But instead they understood him and took their time and patience with my boy. So if u need a good vet I suggest bringing them here. Kudos to the staff y’all the real mvps🥰🥰
July 16 · Leece Cabello⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Veterinary Experience Like No OtherI've had dogs since 1950, when my mom brought home Robin for my sister and me. Over the past 75 years, I’ve seen more vets and animal hospitals than I can count — but none have impressed me like the team at VCA Bent Tree Animal Hospital in Dallas. From the very first phone call with Diane, I had a feeling this place was special. She was warm, detailed, and incredibly helpful — even pointing out something important about our current dog food that I hadn’t realized. When I arrived, Andrea greeted me and kindly gathered information about my dog, Mittens. She even helped me back to my car, which was no small act of kindness — I’m 81 now and don’t get around as easily as I used to. Andrea also offered some helpful tips for caring for Mittens, which I appreciated more than words can say.And then, I met Dr. Rica Kimball — the DOCTOR OF ALL DOCTORS. She was everything we hope for in a medical professional: attentive, thorough, compassionate, and sharp. She listened carefully, conducted a detailed examination, and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. She even laughed at one of my corny jokes about mites!Dr. Kimball went beyond the usual exam. She explained how several bloodwork categories relate to each other and even caught a few things that past vets had overlooked. She created a plan and walked me through what to watch for going forward.During the past few weeks, Mittens had been shaking at night. Dr. Kimball suggested that the issue might be related to her eyesight — that older dogs sometimes start losing vision and can feel anxious in the dark. She recommended leaving a light on. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. Since then, the shaking has stopped. A simple suggestion, but it made a world of difference. And let’s not forget the sweet person who helped set all of this up, Diane, or Danielle, who made checkout quick, easy, and friendly. Every part of the visit felt seamless and thoughtful. If you truly love your dog and want the best care possible, this is where you want to go. Thank you, Diane, Andrea, Dr. Rica Kimball, and Danielle.God bless all of you.
August 14 · Pete CassidyI have taken two different dogs to this clinic over the past decade. The front office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Everyone was amazing when I had to put my first dog down.My current dog is reactive, and a lot more of a hassle to deal with. Again, everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Both Dr. Kimball and Dr. Chern have been patient and informative. They don't push expensive, possibly unnecessary treatments or tests.
