August 19 · Henry & Jami DomenicoI had a deeply frustrating and stressful experience with Nolensville Veterinary. I needed a veterinary certificate for international travel with our dog and contacted them six months in advance. They assured me they knew the process well. However, when the time came, their actions proved otherwise. The vet said we would receive the USDA-approved certificate the next day. That never happened. Instead, they made errors on the certificate, causing it to be bounced back and forth, and no one informed us how long the USDA approval would actually take. Then, someone from their office called asking for an additional $150 for express delivery, even though I had already paid over $350 in total.Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I was ignored when I asked for a refund. In the end, we were left without the certificate and in an extremely stressful situation, unsure if we could leave the country with our pet. My family, including our children, went through some of the most anxious days of our lives due to this.Their handling of the situation showed a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and compassion. I would strongly advise against trusting this clinic with your pet’s health or travel needs.
July 03 · Andrii MostikaWe picked Nolensville Veterinary Hospital because of a combination of great reviews and the excellent experience a family member had there. The only appointment we've had so far was one to establish care and work on pain management for our older dog.Everything went smoothly, from the phone call all the way through. We felt welcome the minute we walked in the door. The office is sparkling clean. All of the staff is kind, easy to talk to, and do their best to please. Our dog got a thorough exam and all of our questions were answered. I'm very pleased with the care so far and am glad we found them.Editing: We've been back recently. Our dog is old and having fairly serious back pain. I've mentioned pain at other vet hospitals, but it's never been adequately treated. We talked to Dr. Brad; it turns out there is a lot more we can do! I'm very glad about that.
July 24 · Janet MeyerI have a senior Pomeranian and he had been having some issues and I just felt he was not getting the care that he needed from my previous vet. I saw Dr Barry and immediately felt like this was where my fur baby needed to be. He answered all of my questions and took amazing care to explain the situation (dementia) to me. They did not gouge me on price either. So happy that I made this choice for my sweet fur baby. I have absolutely no doubt that he is getting the best care now!
October 30 · AllisonIf you want a fabulous veterinarian who is an expert in every facet of your pet’s life, Dr. Barry Fly is your vet. We live in Nashville and we drive by about 30 or so vets’ offices to get to Nolensville to Dr. Barry. Animal care is not cheap, so if you want a deal, keep on looking. But if you want a vet who is up to date on the latest illnesses which affect our furry family members and is accurate on treating them, look no further. He and his brother Brad offer you excellence in veterinary medicine. My pets have been cared for by the Fly Brothers for over 30 years. They haven’t saved all of my pets, but I know they received the best care possible and that is important to me.
